I have had this for quite some time now and my penis is painful to touch once my foreskin is pulled back. I also cant pull my foreskin back fully when my penis is erect and there is a purple swollen ring around the edge of my penis. My penis also smells a bit. I was wondering what I might have?

This might sound stupid, but I dont think I ever cleaned under the foreskin until I was like 14- 15yrs old because I never considered it before and I believe that may be why I am experiencing this.
