WOOZY misery again.....

Hi ...I was on this site a few years ago but back on the dizzy merry go round again for past few months.. Scheduled for the test called VHG or something like it.....Seems like every 3 yrs it comes back to haunt me but this time symptoms  are worse involving balance.  Of course I am older now so nothing gets better,,,,I hope there is something helpful.   I am worried what if it involves the brain stem, then what?

Any input is appreciated, I am in a lonely spot..
