I was wondering how long it usually takes for decision for work capability assessment had mine two weeks ago, is the any back dated money on universal credit ::

There's no timescales for decisions, it all depends on backlog in your area. You can ring and ask for a copy of the assessment report, this will give you some idea what the decision will be as they mostly go with the report. It's always hand to have this report if you have to go down the MR/Tribunal route.
If you're placed in the LCW (limited capability for work) group there will be no backdated money ,Your money will stay the same as it is now. Unless you applied for UC before April 2017.
If you're given LCWRA (limited capability for work related activity) then your money will be backdate to week 14 of your claim. Hope this helps. Good luck.
