WORK OUT? why or why not?

hey just wondering why you shouldn't work out? does it make the rash worse by getting more spots or does only make it more itchy??

i am so confused! My doctor said it was okay BUT I have also heard NOT to work out. Any advice?

i think theres no actual reason not to work out. i still did a bit (though in honesty i wasnt really in the mood when all itchy) and it doesnt affect the rash one way or the other as far as i could tell.

but mine did get massively itchier when i was hot or sweaty, in fact i had to abandon wearing a bra altogether coz i needed loose clothing at all time (it was at this time i also abandoned exercise due to the lack of support!)

so yeah exercise made the itching a fair bit worse, but i dont think it affects the condition in the long run.

    Hey thanks!

I think I may stop working out just in case...I want to know that I did everything possible to help it clear faster! Although without working out I could gain some weight ..then my dress may not fit!! LOL Oh what to do!

I am getting married in 18 days and I am hoping it will disappear before then or at least in the places visible!!! I have an open back dress!

I have had it..or at least noticed it for just over 3 weeks! I hoping with faith and prayer it will heal in 18 days! With God all things are possible!

lol just dont eat at all. pre-wedding starvation diet!

yeah i got mine b4 my graduation ball, had it badly in the cleavage area and had bought a very low cut dress. mine faded just enough by the time i went that i didnt look too diseased!

but wedding somewhat more important. definitely sunbed then, coz even if it doesnt help the rash massively itll even out the colouring so it at least looks less tragic!

    good luck smile
