Worked in new pants for hours now have a rash and possible infection what could it be?

so i started a new job and worked for 10 hours moving a lot and i typically dont wear underwear since i dont like the lines on pants or the feel well..im regretting not wearing any this time. i definitely started having some ovulation discharge and didnt notice till i was home so it was very humid in my private area and ive not got this horrible rash that makes it hurt to walk and im now possibly getting a yeast infection but the rash in the crease of my leg and groin area looks concerning to me so im hoping the pants i just bought didnt get tried on by someone else than put back on the shelves (thoughts are a possible std like could it transfer that way?) also forgot to add i am a women 21 years old image
