Are you working right now with your Frozen shoulder or are you at home? I currently had to quit my job taking care of the elderly as I can't hold or lift

I only work part-time ATM a few hours in school and I spray my arm/shoulder with a freeze spray during the time I'm there, but I have taken a few days off, due to the pain. I hope you'll be better soon!

Thankfully, I work from home doing scheduling and bookeeping for my husbands service business. However, the pain even keeps me from that many days. I am able to contribute some. I can't imagine having to work outside the home. I had surgery 5 weeks ago and the lack of sleep leaves me fatigued constantly.

I just found this site at 3:15 am, I started having pain 6 months ago. Brushed it off as sleeping wrong etc, did not go away, told it was torn tendon, went to psysio which did not help. Finally a specialist said Frozen Shoulder. Just recently reluctantly and with much guilt had to take short term disability. I had cortisone shot 5 days ago. HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP SINCE. I thought i was losing my mind! until i found this discussion, it hurts like hell, people have no idea what it is, it is the stupidest name for a legitimate decease ever. I am 51 years old and wonder what the hell happened to me. Any advice, thoughts or sharing please reply!

It’s the most painful thing ever.
If you keep on reading...other people’s posts, you may see something about a guy visiting a doctor and after 1 treatment he was cured..?
If I find it I’m going to forward it to you!!
