I do lots of walking and swimming in Italy and try to do more walking in Britain. However, I don't notice it making any difference to my IBS. What really makes a difference is avoiding stress.

I imagine walking around Italy would be beautiful - lucky you! I do walk and trying to incorporate cycling and maybe some yoga (which i've never tried).

I stick to light exercise because I don't have the muscle strength to do anything vigorous. My neuralgia and back pain get worse if I do ambitious workouts.
