Yes, I exercise & work out with SVT.  But I manage how I do it.

Build up slowly.  Start out light.  Then make small gains.  Don't over-train.

Make sure you are well rested fist.  Don't consume caffeine before exercise (it's typically a tachycardia/arrythmia trigger).  I eat a banana or drink coconut water before hand & sometimes during to ensure my heart is well fueled (with potassium especially).

I responded to someone recently about the type of training I've found best (I was born with SVT and now I'm 50).  Stop-start exercises work best e.g. HIIT.

If you do it, you strengthen your heart, your cardio-vascular system, your metabolism, etc. and can lose weight.  All the things you want to do.  These things help control your episodes and will give you a better life.

If you over do it you can have an episode, especially if your heart is under constant stress without breaks to recover.  So don't start with a marathon.  Like everything, follow a balanced approach.  Take breaks.  Listen to your body.  Chose when you do it.  Do something you enjoy.

I do lots of different exercise.  Zumba, kickbox, step class. Don't be afraid to exercise.  Live your life and have fun.  smile
