Is this worms? This is from my usual morning trip to the toilet (image attached). I have normal bowel movement and no aches or pains as worms/parasites usually give. My stool this morning was normal consistency nor did it look like worms were present. Only noticed upon wiping. Not sure whether the image attached is worms or just roughage/food that hasn't been digested properly. Want to be on the safe side. Thanks.
