Worms in stool?

I had a bowel movement yesterday and I'm sure there is worms in it. I did not dig through it, just snapped a photo. I will attach photo, it's gross I know. Sorry in advance.. imageThis is causing me a lot of distress and I will be calling my Dr first thing Monday morning. image

And no I did not eat anything that would come out in white strands.

I have been having bowel issues for a while now. I cycle between constipation for a week, then extremely loose stool, liquid, and going up to 20 times in one day. I also have bloating and stomach pain. I thought I just had IBS (maybe it is, I don't know) Really need an opinion!! Thank you.
