I AM GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING. NONE OF THE DOCTORS SEEM TO BELIEVE ME AND THE ER DOCTORS DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT PARASITES. ALBENDAZOLE DIDNT WORK SO NOE I HAVE TO TRY OTHERS MEDS AND ORDER THEM FROM CANADA BECAUSE US SEEMS TO NOT HAVE ANY OR THEY ARE 500 for one pill. FOR THE TIME BEING I HAVE BEEN PUTTING 100% pure coconut on my face for the sores and all over my body and it seems to be helping. ALSO AMAZON CLAY HELPS TO REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR GUMS BELIEVE IT OR NOT. ALSO, ive been wasning my body and face with liquid turmeric in the shower from costco. GAMECHANGER. JUST BE CAREFUL ITS STAINS CLOTHES. THE NEXT DAY YOU CAN SEE THE DEAD WORMS IN YOUR FEET BECAUSE THEY ARE YELLOW AND YOU CAN USE A PUMICE STONE TO SCRUB THEM OFF. THIS IS HELPING ME AND GIVING ME RELIEF FOR THE TIME BEING UNTIL I CAN GET MEDS. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!

has anyone watched this show 'diagnosis' on netflix? its basically a show created by a doctor who wanted to help patients who have strange undiagnosed illnesses - she writes the medical issue in article form in the new york times and asks readers to help diagnose - she has all types of people respond from doctors to bets to students to patients with similar symptoms etc - - and now she films this process for the world to see - i feel like enough of us have symptoms and putting this out there in this way can only help - not hurt - let me know if any of you have seen the show or think it may be worth a try to contact her with our symptoms

im gonna try to lay in water fully submerged and only breathe thru a straw . i noticed they do surface and make holes to breathe sooo naybe if i do that theyll die i get these pieces of skin the breaks free and cuts horrible lines in me and it wont stop til i pull it out or it goes inside me

ive got many different things going on now. i have sand fleas bad ,dont know how i got them since "all" the dotors says its not in the US.i camp where alot of mexican guys fish so i figured someone had went to mexico or out if the us and brought one back . i tried telling them and they prescribed me a antipycotic pill.

i ve been using jock itch shower gel and lice shampoo i got one tub of permethrin.

that worked pretty good

i just wish theyd enlighten us and take a looksy and belive that were not crazy and watch after awhile its gonna start festering because were shootin out eggs all the time,

Look up Demodex mites and see if you have those symtoms. I am horrified of bugs too! If this is it they are hard to get rid of but do everything it says too! Good luck!

I have also lost weight; my hair is falling out! I pray I am on right path and taking vitamins; using tea tree oil shampoo, conditioner and body wash. cleaning Everything!! Got new pillows, dust mite proof mattress cover! Spray furniture with dust mite spray! Hope this helps!

ok , thank god i found this Forum as I’ve felt extremely alone and desperate through all of this! I went to the emergency room twice begging somebody to just look at what I was even talking about, and nobody would, they accuse me of being on math like many of others on this forum, told me hat I was suffering from schizophrenic hallucinations, and tried to convince my family that I needed to go to a 3-10 day inpatient mental facility. I have managed to collect many pictures of what is coming out of my hands, and many samples that I’ve come across in the bathtub. I have one dermatologist that does believe me but he is in another state and I am about to visit with a dermatologist where I have just moved to and I’m hoping to God she doesn’t think I’m insane. I am going armed with many samples, many pictures, and I’m going to try not to break down in front of her. I made the decision that I am going to go to medical school over this because it has truly changed my life in such a horrific way, and there are so many people that I can see are suffering, and if nobody will take us seriously, then I will. I don’t speak to my family about it, I’m scared to tell my friends about it, I’m scared to have people over at my house because I don’t want them to get this, and I shutter to think how many people are accused of being insane for something that is very very very real. im so sorry to all of you. i think my infection is chronic enough that its visible to the eye, i CANNOT let this thing win. i had on a set of acrylic nails and my fingertips began to go numb in 2 fingers, soon after me thinking it was a fungus and treating it as such i slowly started to notice all 10 of my fingers were not only going numb but started showing signs of edema, it took a couple of life cycles for me to figure out that it was some type of worm because I started to find small larva around. Like someone else had mentioned, always in pairs almost like they were hugging each other, creepy. Then I started to notice them in my discharge and my snot, and then inside my eyes, and I kept trying to point it out to everybody and everybody just kept saying that’s just skin! And I kept going dude, this is not my skin this like NOT skin lol but not lol cause secretly dying on the inside. Right before the infection got bad, I told my coworker that I just felt so off-balance and that I needed to do some yoga or something to get back a hold of my life, I was forgetting small details and I had always been very organized and on top of my stuff and I just started to drop the ball on tons of little things and I just couldn’t figure out why and it was just like, what’s going on? Why do I feel so blehhhggh. Then i had such a bad infection in my hands i was diahnosed with chtonic paronychia and staph - was put on bactrim for 10 days. Staph got better, this hot worse. was then diagnosed with candida paronychia. checked for all sorts of diseases and autoimmune stuff. nothing. only test they didnt do was a thick/thin blood smear which testsfor malaria but certainly at that time the microfilaria were everywhere as thats when they were in my bath with me, snot, discharge, you name it - even on my tongue! When i first took the pinworm meds i defintely passed a long couple of worms, as well as threw them up, abd then again but after further research this isn’t a one and done. went to feed store, got ivermectin and made a topical and taking internally (watch dosing for weight). And continuing pamoate for pineworm as ive read theyre safe together. i do these in cycles not all at once. i wear cotton gloves you can get these at like, walgreens, and i try to wash sheets every day or have a change. wash and dry on high heat.

*i should add that i too lost a lot of weight, my mom accused me of starving myself for attention when i tried to rid it with a raw garlic and bone broth cleanse lol thats when i had to purge my family members because the stress makes it worse!

Great idea, get a degree in parasitology as well as general medicine and then set up a practice for parasite infestations. We seem to be afflicted with multi parasitism and all the accompanying fungus, bacteria etc but we do not have adequately trained medical professionals in UK or USA. I cannot find anyone in UK who could help me. Please anyone if you know of any Doctors who can handle this in any country, please post their details.

I don't know what the hell is going on if it's just people with impaired immune systems or if all afflicted with this micro filea, I have larger worms in the face, I pulled a fly out of a ridge on my head, liver flukes in my stools. Are we all chronically ill and is this how it has always been and Doctors just sectioned people as psychotic in the past?, or is this a new condition that nobody believes exists, I need to know the answer to this. Surely someone in the science or medical field has the answer.

aimee, im going to tell you what you need to do as it will be hard but i am healing. You need to turn your energy into repairing your immune system. purchase a parasite or yeast cleanse. do not, i repeat, do not pick at the lesions because it spreads and as im sure youre aware it can then take months to heal! take overly saturated epsom baths, and then remoisturize heavily with a combination of a colloidal oatmeal fragrant free lotion and castor oil, and then follow it up with a bit of an otc topical steroid (i purchased a natural one and stopped using ALL fragrant shampoos/lotions/body products all 100 percent natural ingredients. i threw away my birth control and i stopped taking my adhd meds that i had been on for years. i took rotating doses of ivermectin from the feed store and pyrantel pamoate for 7 days and then you must just stop. allow your body to work. it is hard, so very hard but my hands went raw again and i had to allow them to crust over and scab, and i wore cotton gloves religiously lathered with my lotions and oils. within the time of the last visit my doctor has taken samples, but is certain it is 100% autoimmune even though i had told her what i had taken leading up to our appt. my hands are now beginning to shed thick layers of skin, and underneath it - MY skin, and i know it. my lesions are still tricky as i have about 4 nonhealing spots no matter what i do. but the moment i decided i couldnt let this thing take me, i gave in and said fine run your course and if i die maybe then theyll see. and if the lesions never heal at least i know that i didnt lose my sanity to this thing (even tho i still struggle).

i was referred to an autoimmune specialist. Both dermatologists have conflicting diagnosis of lupus and lichen planus w bolus lesions - i tested positive for ana antibodies however only tick off 3-11 criteria for lupus being the skin rash, ana antibodies, and potentially a malar rash that does not break out in butterfly pattern but across the entirity of my chest and face, but the other Derm believes i have a rare hand variation of lichen planus that occurs in a small amount of people with this common skin occurance but both were quite frank w me that they believe it is autoimmune.

healing my soul, time for myself and away from family that called me crazy, and self love (as actually crazy as THAT may seem) is what seems to be restoring my skin. my hands and toes dont look pretty but i try to put faith in my body that it has the tools it needs if i dont interfere.

i started to think about something my derm said about how antimalarial drugs are sometimes used to suppress immune system activity in people with SLE - and then i thought about the effects of ivermectin and why some have found relief through its use and it might be the fact that it has immunosuppressive properties. youre best to find a rheumatologist we must stop going to dermatologists, PCP, or even the ER. a rheumatolgist will run every blood test in the book to figure out why your body is attacking itself - that is there job. find one and see if theyre willing to investigate.

as for me - i am going back to school and after long thought it wont be in medicine but rather public health. i know it isnt exactly what we need to find a "cure" but its what i needed and where i feel i should direct my energy. should we start a facebook support group??

Hey sweetie, don’t give up, trust me I have wanted to so many times! I have been doing a lot of research and I am going to see a rheumatologist next week. I’m not sure that I don’t have lupus, I have a lot of the symptoms and you can also have a lot of skin problems. It has to do with your immune system and you can go in and out re mission. I will do better for a while and then I start to feel bad again. I started taking an over-the-counter medicine to prevent yeast and I take a lot of vitamins. I continue to use body wash that helps to detox and also the same with shampoo and conditioner. I use a lotion that has neem in it and that seems to help. Has anyone noticed having discolored spots on their skin? The lesions that I get I believe may be coming from my ear. I don’t think it’s a worm anymore I think it something else. I watched one crawling across the floor, TRANSPARENT! it is in the shape of a snail, it was about 2 inches in length, 1 inch wide. The dogs saw it and I thought they were crazy, they acted so odd. I watched as its neck come stretching out and up at least 1 inch further from its body, as it came down the head spread out wide with ribbed or ridged edge across the front of'head' and as it came down it stretched further, suction cup like grabbed the floor and DRAGGED ITS BODY up to its head and did it over and over across my floor!!!!

Well folks, that thing became liquid like, disassembled, crawled in many puddle 'goo looking balls' and reformed on top of that pot!!!

I wish i was as crazy as everyone who i have tried to talk to thinks i am. I only talk about it now on here. I see my Dr. Friday and ive taken pictures before and you really cant to tell so now i have a video. Everyday i lather up in shaving cream or dawn dish soap... Bath and shower trying to get rid of as many as I can even though i know as soon as i get out I can feel my skin crawling from head to toe with something I can see deteriorate everything it comes in contsct with. if i can upload the video its the best image i have been able to get. Its my bath water before i drained it. I sat down and cried when i watched it back. There is something really wrong with what this is .

this is something I think I may have gotten during a homeless period here up until last year. it seems like that is when it really took on a different horrific form. but thanks for the advice I will try anything at this point.
