Worms in the Face

Hi All,  I dont know if anyone has come across this.  I have a worm infestation in my face.  They travel around under the skin leaving tracks and bursting holes into my skin.  they create glass like balls that split the skin open and move around my skin with ease. 

I first reported it 3 months ago and the doctors totally ignored me treating me for a secondary infection that was caused by open wounds in my face.  They have given me 4 courses of antibiotics treating the wrong infect but totally ignored waht I was telling ithem about the worms. 

The worms whatever they are are very sharp and whereever they travel through in my face the skin collapses, leaving it like plastercine and it causes tiny splinters that are as sharp as anything that inbed themselves in the inside and outside of my skin right down to the lowest skin level. My skin is also producing a clear sticky substance which feels like little shards of glass if I touch it.  All in all, it really couldnt be much worse except for the fact they have made a hole around my mouth which they can look out of.  I am totally sane!

I am in pieces.  I've been telling the doctors what it is and they have totally ignored me.  Even refusing to refer after an A & E i visited confirmed I needed to be referred as the lesions had been on my face for so long.   

I discovered I had private medical care through my company which now thank god means I've seen my first dermatologist.  He's referred me to another dermatlogist that apparently knows more about things in the skin who I'm yet to see.  Even though he's now put me in the right direction, I'm not convinced he was sure it is worms.  I can pull 1/2 inch worms out of my skin bit by bit.  They look like thread worms and never come out intact, you pull little bits off of them.  It leaves worm shape dents in my face and they feel like little match sticks under the skin.  Nobody is taking me seriously as people dont really get worms in the face. 

They have totally destroyed me skin and I have bad scaring.  I have never had acne and had no scaring.   This has all been caused in the last 3 months.  I dread to think how many are alive in there now they'v been left so long.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

    I'm going through it as we speak.. when I read your story I realized I have exactly what you have. The itching the little whiteheads and they getting bigger.. they're in my mouth I don't like it.. I have been telling my doctor for a year now and he says it's dry skin.. and I went to see him today first thing he said to me was do you hear voices and he called my psychiatrist.. and that was after he saw the bottom of my feet my legs my mouth.. so he decided to do blood work to see if I was on drugs.. I'm not happy camper right now I have little white bug eating me from the inside out.. oh why you laughing they're coming out of the side to my eyes my nose and my ears also.. did you get any help did it go away and how long did it take? I do feel your pain Nicole it feels good that I know I'm not the only one going through it..

      My symptoms are the same as your pretty much just in different places (face, stomach, breasts, legs.) I am so disgusted with everyone.  Doctors, friends, family.  Dude, like really?  We all have physical proof! you can see it!  I found an awesome GP who gave me Ivermectin it seems to be working.  Only on it for 6 days.  Got intense burning for 3 days which Ive heard means it's working so to speak.  I hate getting nasty about it bc dude i am not a happy camper myself, believe me.  I am pretty much quarentined ( self-chosen) in my house because I look disgusting everywhere.  I got a bad patch on my hands I can't cover up and my face, good lord!  The iver is working, but now there are round circles where the scabby gross white plugs and other nasties were.  Anyone else have these circles on face.  Also, does anyone think this is Morgellans?  It's def pretty conspiracy theory sounding, which is not exactly my thing.  Also, weird hairs are appearing everywhere.  The glass shard thingies are on my scalp, and he gave me a shampoo, the shards went away and maybe 50% of the shedding (which i really have no clue if its even that) they are like 10 to 12 inch) white, almost clearish hairs, fibers, whatever...and what's effing creepy about them is my hair is straight, like straight.  These hairs are curled up like them came out of a infected follicule (or boil type of deal.)  WTF.  Morgellans sufferers are sounding just like me.  Look, you are not crazy.  NO ONE on this form is crazy.  Don't let a doctor tell you you are.  I made that mistake and let these symptoms go on for 4 months, I suffered all that time and my GP didn't know what was going on because my stupid family insisted i was being ridiculous.  This p***es me off to the unth degree because I am an intelligent person and I see my body every day, and feel my skin and all that, not them. Eff them all that doubt you.  Insist Ivermectin, or start yelling you have an infectious disease, and they will take you in there.  No one wants a whole room of patients thinking they're in the room with someone with an infectious disease.  Do whatever you have to.  I have heard you can get Iver through Canada.  It doesn't seem to work for everyone, and i'm not completely cleared up,not even close, but just about every single lesion is flat now.  No more nasties coming out, for the most part.  How the hell did we get this?  Anybody know?  I heard its most prevalent in Florida, Georgia and California.  Also, people advise if you can find a doctor from a third world country.  I know, its crazy to have to go to that extent, but YOU aren't crazy, neither am I.  With this thing, you gotta be pro-active.  In my experience and most others I've read about, no one is gonna help you but you.

      Omgosh, first of all thank u for my laughs, MUCH NEEDED!

      Girl, I found Iraq doc, gave us antibiotics 

      Started to work, needed more, to no avail.

      My fear is: my seven year old is yellow w stomach pains.

      I also have muscle issues, also chest pains!

      I failed an EKG, hospital sedated me. I made a mistake by mentioning public water’ and Boil water advisory we were not made aware of.

      I’ve had CPS called on me (got Attorney)

      And docs telling me “I know what you think your feeling, it’s real to you”

      WTF, nope, haven’t punched one yet, just inform them to grab a great Attorney!

      My dr started off w iver, then referred me to his friend an infectious disease dr, sent me for HIV test (negative ty God lol) and convinced my doc, I’m nuts!

      I’m pretty sand positive it’s Strongyloids (we have thread worms hairs basically)also

      But white micro filariasis (internet info w obvious symptoms)I wrote state health board!

      After dr stopped ivermectin, I landed in the ED w a secondary staff infection.

      Bought a camper (hotels breaking me) an moved to a family land (93 country acres I’m aCITY GIRL) to not spread to others.

      Somethings off here is all I know!

      I contacted CDC as well

      Mayo Clinic, newspapers, I’m LIVID!!!!!

      I lived in NC st time of all, NO LONGER’

      My dog has it, blind, and loosing feeling to back legs.

      I’m super scared

      I bought horse ivermectin, although I think we need mebendazole or albendazole to co-inside w ivermectin

    Same thing.  So horrible I can't imagine anything worse.  Just got put on ivermectin 3 mg 2twice a day seems to be working so far.  It burns terribly the first couple days, and I believe (ive heard) that means they are dying and/or coming out.) I have lesions from scalp to ankles.  They all had all that crap in them too, but they are now all flat.  I started googling this and got Morgellans responses right away.  You may try googling, there are many people (including the CDC) who say it isn't a valid disease.  It's a bit of a conspiracy theory thing, which I normally would never buy into had I not had the same exact symptoms seen from my own two eyes.  Other ppl think I'm nuts, all but one of my so called friends (Even so called family) will even discuss it with me. You are not alone.  My doctor is great, that's where I got the Iver.

    Hi All, i previously had enjoyed good health all my life and at the age of 43 started down a pathway of crazy skin issues. It is an empty trail and doctors dont give the time of day and even worse the dermatologists don't try at all and are too busy shuffling people through handing out steroid creams and booking the visit fee to pay for there crappy corvette!!!

    I have lesions appearing regularily on my face and hands. Tumors is what seems to develop. I convinced some doctors to remove them but usually i get a crappy moisturizer from the morons and go away from their office ready to jump from a bridge and the feeling of hopelessness is where a person ends up. 

    Today i discovered zap. Its anise oil and some other stuff as well meant for killing lice. I have tried every regiment and every fungus cream, tea tree oil and all the antibiotics known to man. Nothing worked. My scar count and 5 billion hours in front of the mirror had no bearing. For the first time my face almost feels normal with one treatment of zap. It's 23.95 Cdn at Walmart. I hope any of you have the same luck i had so far which is it seems to be helping after one treatment. I will repeat it a few more times and share the progress and or disappointment. I hope for all our sake this product kills more than just lice.

    I also forgot to mention i had 3 rounds of PDT chemo and it did nothing but sunburn the crap out of me and make me toxic as hell!!! Try Zap. i don't own shares but wish i did and it does do something. Will keep you all posted on progress

    Hello everyone, I am going through the same skin issues but also with digestive and some nerve issues. After ten plus years of feeling chronic fatigue. And now two years of skin issues I have realized I have one of many worm parasites currently getting more common in NA. Being in Canada many of the drugs are not available to treat parasitic conditions. I have been researching like non stop the last week. If any help I would look into tapeworm, cysticercosis, strongyloidiasis (roundworm), Filariasis if (no digestive issues??), morgellans (not recognized officially) and maybe protozoa (Sarcocystosis?). From my understanding so far some of the parasites need a combination of drugs to be effective. LIke abendazole and ivermectin or abendazole and praziquantel. Since the worms and larvae could spread throughout the body. If in Canada these drugs are not readily available. You must get your Dr. to get clearance from Health Canada. I would link to other sites but was not sure if it allowed. God bless! everyone fighting this!

    As well search disseminated tapeworm or round worm. Since the worms have moved to the face.

    1. Buy a UV blacklight and scan your house for anything that glows. 

    2. Get a professional to check your house for mold, lichen, fungi, etc. (They found the subfloor in my bathroom completely rotted thru with black mold. They wouldn't have found it if they hadn't been replacing the flooring.)

    3. Get Ivermectin, Albendazole, & Mebendazole imported and take the 3 of them together according to instructions on the package. (In my opinion, the Mebendazole was what was most effective.)

    4.  In a small cup, mix a solution of half water & half bleach together. Dip a q-tip into the solution & rub it directly onto your sores. (It will sting, but the black specks will come out and if you have lumps under your skin, they will drain.)

    5. Replace your flooring. Paint your walls & ceiling with mold-killing primer paint. Get a True Hepa air purifier. Encase your mattress in a hypoallergenic mattress bag. Replace your pillows. Wipe everything down with bleach water. Rewash all of your clothes in hot water with Borax.

      I got a black UV torch.  I was watching morg hairs lol.

      I just moved home in August.  The EMF exposure is less in this property i'm in now and my symptoms are much better.  I still have Morgellons but I'm not getting as many crazy symptoms.  There is an app you can download to check wifi signals in the property.  My last property had unsafe levels of wifi from neighbors.  My wifi was fine.  Well as fine as radiation gets smile

    Keep cool if they get itchy use a damp cloth and pat them down///

    I ran out of my cream whilst overseas so I used the Aloe Vera cooling lotion it helped/// I also drink Aloe Vera 100 juice everyday!!!

    Hi, I know it's been a while since you posted last but would very much like to know if you're from the UK?

    I have experienced the same dismissive attitude as every one else on here! One doctor being positively hostile towards me. 

    The health professionals have convinced my family that I have mental issues which doesn't help as I now have no one to talk to about it. They're all bored of me trying to explain what it feels like. They were supportive at first, but now just getting on with their own lives and get angry when I see them and try to explain how I feel. It's the loneliest feeling when no-one believes you. 

    I really find it difficult to believe that in this day and age there is simply no cure, or being told this condition doesn't exist when clearly there are plenty of people talking about it on the Internet. 

    If you have found relief would you please let me know how as I'm getting pretty desperate. Best wishes to you. anet10651

      PCR tests/ELISA???

      Infectionous Disease Doctor never heard of them!

      I have since pushed a worm in pieces out of my ripped earring hole, my arm is numb with a sore that won’t heal!

      PARASITES, they are real, politics...

      Had the Same issues as you all and I ASK ALL OF YOU TO GOOGLE

      SKIN AND LIVER FLUKES...very parasitic, more common than you know, very treatable and took me 6 months of research to have an old little lady give me the answer that finally ended my misery. Xoxo
