Worms in the Face

Hi All,  I dont know if anyone has come across this.  I have a worm infestation in my face.  They travel around under the skin leaving tracks and bursting holes into my skin.  they create glass like balls that split the skin open and move around my skin with ease. 

I first reported it 3 months ago and the doctors totally ignored me treating me for a secondary infection that was caused by open wounds in my face.  They have given me 4 courses of antibiotics treating the wrong infect but totally ignored waht I was telling ithem about the worms. 

The worms whatever they are are very sharp and whereever they travel through in my face the skin collapses, leaving it like plastercine and it causes tiny splinters that are as sharp as anything that inbed themselves in the inside and outside of my skin right down to the lowest skin level. My skin is also producing a clear sticky substance which feels like little shards of glass if I touch it.  All in all, it really couldnt be much worse except for the fact they have made a hole around my mouth which they can look out of.  I am totally sane!

I am in pieces.  I've been telling the doctors what it is and they have totally ignored me.  Even refusing to refer after an A & E i visited confirmed I needed to be referred as the lesions had been on my face for so long.   

I discovered I had private medical care through my company which now thank god means I've seen my first dermatologist.  He's referred me to another dermatlogist that apparently knows more about things in the skin who I'm yet to see.  Even though he's now put me in the right direction, I'm not convinced he was sure it is worms.  I can pull 1/2 inch worms out of my skin bit by bit.  They look like thread worms and never come out intact, you pull little bits off of them.  It leaves worm shape dents in my face and they feel like little match sticks under the skin.  Nobody is taking me seriously as people dont really get worms in the face. 

They have totally destroyed me skin and I have bad scaring.  I have never had acne and had no scaring.   This has all been caused in the last 3 months.  I dread to think how many are alive in there now they'v been left so long.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

    I want to inform everyone on here to be very careful about what medical information & recommendations you give here in this forum.

    In Australia today a lady was given 7 months jail for recommending medical advice to the mother of a small child who became ill.

    The information she received was from a lady on Facebook.

    Be aware & careful.

    I understand we are all trying to help each other but your not a doctor & shouldn't try diagnose or give medical advice to randoms on the Internet.

    What works for u may not work for others.

      In America we have a different law if someone does something off the internet without checking it’s on them. I amannotnsaying to do anything except tell her her rights in America you have rights when you are mentally ill. We have two different things. But, thanks for the heads up

      I'm in Australia but our laws are pretty close on a lot of things...

      your law makers may see fit to follow suit... But its just a heads up

      Well said Yourdad... I wouldnt trust a doctor as far as I could throw them.

    I have the same thing and unfortunately i have mental health problems and am on Mental Health medications so when the doctor say this they automatically dismiss me as having hallucinations from my mental health or side effects from my medications.

    I can't get any help

      Well the same thing happened to me yesterday in the ER because of what that doctor wrote that it was all in my head. I went in because they are in my eyes and they got into my pupils so I was scared. The doctor barely looked and said I need a psychiatrist. She would not let me see another doctor or a Optomology. So I left. Walked out. I am so sorry that happened to you it sure felt bad to me. 

      I hope this appointment today gets me somewhere. That was a horrible experience. BUT last night out of desperation I used permition? On my face and I killed the ones around my eye. I think they are dermodex creatures

      A lot of this stuff can actually cause mental problems too.. dont beat yourself up.  Its not your failings.  I questioned my own sanity enough.

    Well, then you are allowed to have someone support you. No one should treat you that way especially because you have mental health problems. Can you get a mental health advocate ? Complain about that treatment. Do you have another hospital around?

    Please share on any and all website you no to help everyone here. Please look up  impetigo. It’s been a long few years of going through all of this and watching my daughter go through the thought and feeling of a parasite or Worms I should say” this past week was awful and everyone on here going through this deserves the answer of what they are dealing with. My daughter has anxiety on top of having impetigo and these past 2 days have been awesome watching her finally smile and actually sleep and not pick. Picking impetigo will cause it to spread (( kinda like poison oak spreads )) you can use calamine lotion on spots you have and it truly helps. There is no parasite or worm. Look the pictures up and you will see what the pokey sucking looking things are” they say microscopic but some people can actually see this with their eyes. This is contagious but luckily she has always been really clean and safe in fear it was something contagious. I pray this helps give everyone some relief because we went through being told she was delusional and needs mind altering medications because she was seeing crap. She was seeing microscopic things that look like worms and I don’t have anxiety and I even seen these things.. we had a ER visit and of course no ER won’t do anything for a person without a doctor order and they can’t treat a parasite without a diagnosis. They seen some spots and said foliclitis and already having a diagnosis of purigo nodularies” we got a antibiotic and started doing more research on our own” Finally got our answers “ my daughter is at ease and it’s been 3 days of rest and I’m seeing her calm once again. God put us through a pretty tough week and I told her I felt god was using her to prepare her for a job. There is always a reason and if this helps one person Then maybe it was the work of god working through us to get to you. It could be to prepare her for something her own kids will go through. I’m sure this was the work of god and now begging and praying to god and 2 days later we got Answers. I’m praying for everyone going through this because it is so difficult.     WOW! I don't think your crazy. I have something quite similar. First of all I am a picker. I can't stand anything on my face so I pick and pick and of course make it 10 times worse. I have an in grown hair under my chin that I mess with and I end up getting it infected. This has been going on for years which I

    am embarrassed to admit. About a week ago the in grown hair started to come to a head like it does almost every few months. So as usual I

    am messing with it . The next morning I woke up to 4 red lines on my neck. 2 on the right side next to the in grown hair and then 2 on the left side. The lines are raised and about 5 inches in length. So I decided to wash my face. As I'm washing I use a washcloth and slightly warm water. I start to rinse and the red lines collapsed and all these little white things that look like white rice start coming out. It doesn't look like they are moving or anything. So of course I'm freaking out. Then it almost felt like small pieces of glass were coming out of the stores also. I hurried up cleaned my skin really good and I put clear bandages on my skin that actually stick to the skin to keep all the dirt and stuff out. They are called Nexcare Tegaderm waterproof transparent dressing. The bandage heals the sores real quick and it pulls the infection out. Now to get to the point. I am super freaked out now. I woke up this morning looked in the mirror and there are tons of these white rice like things adhered to the bandage. I don't see anything squirming around but they are there along with what appears to be something brown that is about an inch and a half long. This thing isn't moving neither but it most definitely looks like a small worm. I am so scared to take of the bandage. So I decided to call and see if my dermatologist can get me in today. I have spent hours on line this morning trying to figure out what this is. This probably will sound

    Ignorant but I almost wonder if I nicked a nerve or something when I was.picking and the nerve is dead and that's what is coming out. Also I am very sane at least I think so lol. Just really freaked out. Anybody? I just need to be pushed in the right direction. Also my picking days are over! 😁

      My daughter went through exactly what you are saying. She was told she was a picker but for 3 years she cried and had many sleepless nights. She kept telling me that nobody wants to do this mom” nobody wants to pick holes all over their face limbs and scalp and stomach. We went to many doctors and several ER visits because she would freak out the more she messed with it” the more spots she seem to get.. this impetigo actually spreads, you pick a spot and get 20 more. I was so relieved to finally see that everything she had been dealing with is on the detailed pictures of impetigo. It’s been a week now and instead of picking the white things or black dots or pulling the worm looking pieces out” She puts tea trea oil ( pharmaceutical strength at Walmart ) then she covers it with colimine lotion. She looks amazing right now. She is even starting to feel better and getting on a sleeping schedule. She would avoid going outside the house because the spots on her face were big and the picking causes your autoimmune to fight hard on the lesions and sets you up for staphylococcus or mrsa or other disease. She was exhausting herself and all the family with this. I’m praying for everyone dealing with this. She seen a doctor yesterday to have the kids checked out since impetigo is contagious and we been going through it all for 3 years” that doctor agreed that it is in fact what she has been going through. The kids are all good but when my daughter explained all of this to the pediatric doctor “ She was blown away that out of all doctors we had seen regular family doctors,skin doctors,emergency room doctors  Not one of them called it impetigo “ they said at first it could be Scabies then it was contact dermatitis and then it’s her anxiety and picking problems and purigo nodularies and told she needs counseling and mind auteur medication and then they wrote down from the ER (( folliculitis ))  that led us to more research online. We realize that diabetes and impetigo always seem to come up on any and all symptoms and we finally just looked into impetigo. There it was. The glass splinter poking shards of glass things that they say are microscopic “ she can see these things” she always said after getting them out,it felt better. Peroxide,tea tree oil and then colimine lotion. You are not supposed to cover these spots because they won’t heal as well. I’ve gone 3 years having to watch my daughter cry and beg and so close to giving up on life and begging god for mercy to help us. She swore it was a parasite and dugout large holes and would bleed so much from digging and trying to get the worm “  She seriously believed it was worms or some type of parasite that would break in pieces. I actually helped her at times because it really did look like a worm or parasite trying to poke out, But now that we no what this is and have read more and more on it” It’s exactly what she has been dealing with. I’ve never witnessed anything like it in my 50 years “ it’s hard being the one going through it and when you have severe anxiety ITS even worse, Being a mom and watching you daughter go through a sickness that you can’t even get a doctor to figure out” That makes a mom hurt even more for the child ( no matter how old they are ) I’m really disappointed in our medical system because they fail to strive for results “ I don’t have anxiety but I have worked with patients that do and you definitely need to look into the correct wording and definitely find answers because the anxiety is real for the suffering person with it. I am lucky to have the medical education and knowledge  that I do have because I don’t think I could have been as patient through all this if I would not have known what I’ve learned working with special needs and neurologist and sleep medicine. I’m so blessed to have some experience with working in the field for those years.  I do have to say that God had a lot to do with it because the last night she went through this and cried and begged and bleeding so much from the picking all night” it scared me so bad that after she was took to the ER I honestly dropped to my knees and begging god to help us. So please hang in there and please look into impetigo because any picking that you are doing, it will keep spreading. I do also 100% believe that all people with a illness should honestly start with getting a sleep study done Because you would be amazed on what a brain doctor can see versus a Doct looking at a person from the outside “ Body movement,sleep stages,respiratory events,heart monitoring “ you get a lot from a sleep study and it could be the answer to many health problems Especially diabetes and obesity. If you aren’t getting answers from any doctor and getting discouraged of all doctors as we were, I would definitely start with getting a sleep study and explaining what’s going on to a neurologist and go from there. Please stay strong. It really is hard to read  all this that everyone is talking about because I’ve been there with my daughter and she wanted to give up” she explained everything exactly like everyone on here. I only wish and pray our answers could be exactly what everyone on here needs.. God Bless to all and I will continue to watch and read and Pray for all.

    Impetigo “ please look into this. We went through this for 3 years and went through being treated the same way. Picking spreads it. Use peroxide and tea tree oil and put colimine lotion on it but leave it uncovered. My daughter could see what they say is microscopic “ I wasn’t going through the actual illness but as a mother” I went through it all with her and I was not giving up until we figured this out. Please look up Details pictures and details of impetigo, I’m praying this helps everyone because she explained the same exact details that most everyone on here explain. That is the reason I’ve been so hooked on reading and learning from everyone on here. It was the same exact details story after story that my daughter has gone through for 3 years. The kids and well All the family is finally starring to heal and my daughter is looking so much better. It truly helps to no that the crawling feeling and the shards of glass and the picking stuff out” It’s all part of impetigo and yes it’s contagious. Thank god she has always been really careful and clean with it because we honestly believed it was a parasite or mostly a worm of some kind.. Anyway please please look up All pictures and Details of impetigo. God bless and I’m praying for all.

    Ok Tea tree oil directly on my face is killing some of these things under my skin. But, what I found out there are so many so many different sizes that turn red when I apply the tea tree oil. These do not come back as insects they are pure white they can be long and wide . They have a long flown tail some crab like legs like a centipede ( that can hurt) short stubby antena and a suction like ability in the bottom. They lay eggs on the top off you skin and there are multiple babies in the fluid of you face.

      Try black seed oil I’m almost cured. No more things coming out my clothes no more strong headache my sinuses are getting so much better
