Worms in the Face

Hi All, I dont know if anyone has come across this. I have a worm infestation in my face. They travel around under the skin leaving tracks and bursting holes into my skin. they create glass like balls that split the skin open and move around my skin with ease.
I first reported it 3 months ago and the doctors totally ignored me treating me for a secondary infection that was caused by open wounds in my face. They have given me 4 courses of antibiotics treating the wrong infect but totally ignored waht I was telling ithem about the worms.
The worms whatever they are are very sharp and whereever they travel through in my face the skin collapses, leaving it like plastercine and it causes tiny splinters that are as sharp as anything that inbed themselves in the inside and outside of my skin right down to the lowest skin level. My skin is also producing a clear sticky substance which feels like little shards of glass if I touch it. All in all, it really couldnt be much worse except for the fact they have made a hole around my mouth which they can look out of. I am totally sane!
I am in pieces. I've been telling the doctors what it is and they have totally ignored me. Even refusing to refer after an A & E i visited confirmed I needed to be referred as the lesions had been on my face for so long.
I discovered I had private medical care through my company which now thank god means I've seen my first dermatologist. He's referred me to another dermatlogist that apparently knows more about things in the skin who I'm yet to see. Even though he's now put me in the right direction, I'm not convinced he was sure it is worms. I can pull 1/2 inch worms out of my skin bit by bit. They look like thread worms and never come out intact, you pull little bits off of them. It leaves worm shape dents in my face and they feel like little match sticks under the skin. Nobody is taking me seriously as people dont really get worms in the face.
They have totally destroyed me skin and I have bad scaring. I have never had acne and had no scaring. This has all been caused in the last 3 months. I dread to think how many are alive in there now they'v been left so long.
Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

Where my face turns white when I touch it is literally inindaded with the worms covered like if you look at a piece of salami and you see the white. That is how many of these things in my skin there are. Is this fungus? Face turning pure white.

Sorry to hear - know your pain. It sounds like you have multiple infections - this is almost always the case.
After 2 years of dealing with similar issues, I'll say right off that bleach, peroxide, clove oil, etc home remedies are not going to help (as you no doubt are discovering). Borax (partially disolved in warm water) WILL help, as will Clotrimazole 2% cream (available OTC as 3 day vaginal fungus cream at Rite Aid, CVS, and Walgreens). These are not cures, but the borax has boran and boran fights the biofilm you have (sticky goo you mentioned). Biofilm is one of a parasite's most important weapons, helping it thrive, spread and protect itself against meds. You CAN disolve and rinse inside mouth - I personally don't advise ingesting any, although some forum posters say it helps - I wouldn't.
Steroids are not good for this - IF there is any immediate gain, it will be offset by worsening condition soon enough as you are lowering your skin's immune ability (the temporary lack of reaction is the benefit of steroids, reducing swelling, redness etc, HOWEVER, you also reduce your skin's natural ability to protect itself, so parasites will thrive).
What you might have as part of a co-infection is an internal parasite(s).
It could also be Morgellons - 98% of Morgellons sufferers have Lyme related bacteria - we are finding out there is a significant connection.
You could also have Lyme (do you live in NE, Mid Atlantic, North Central, Texas, or California? All are known Lyme areas). Or... you could hace one or more of the Lyme co-infections.
Triple antibiotics (the choices depend on several factors, but higher doses for longer time periods is key for those who have had it for more than 6 months (which is the case for most people).
The need to get to a Lyme specialist is important - regular internal medicine and infectious disease doctors are usually help with this.

correction to my reply above -
" regular internal medicine and infectious disease doctors are usually "NO" help with this." (this is not intended as a "cut" on internal and ID doctors...it is just the way it is currently...hopefully sooner than later, the recent and soon to be published research studies will be disseminated and discussed at seminars enough to enlighten even staunch beliefs, and forever dispell "delusional parasitosis" to the status of extremely rare, versus being an easy-out diagnosis as it tends to be today).

I had two sores left which became dormant when I became pregnant (unsure why) I examined all this under the microscope and saw what looked to be hexagonal patterns and fibres. I also have ocd.
My face has mostly been spared but a family member possibly has this on their face.
I have no clue what to do for them. If anyone has any ideas to help please reply here.
thanks.

You can upload photos through computer (not mobile platforms though)...
I'd like to take a look.
My tendancy is to say it's Morgellons -
Are there any red or blue fibers involved?
Do you live in an area where there are Lyme infections? (98% of Morgellons patients in a recent study for also infected with either Lyme or Lyme co-infection)
Have you ever been bitten by a tick? (more than half of Lyme sufferers never remember being bitten - it's the nymph of the deer tick that causes the most infections - the size of a dot/period on this page)
Look up Lyme Morgellons and see symptoms lists for Lyme - There are at least 35-40 different sympoms that "could" indicate Lyme - obviously, one or two likely not an issue, but if you start seeing 1/3+ and especially if ever any lymph node swelling, joint pain, memory and brain fog issues, lethargy, etc., you might want to seek out a Lyme specialist.
Treatments vary but most involve 3 antibiotics at high dose over long period of time (IV infusion for 3-4 months best as recently did GW and Laura Bush who contracted it sitting outside in folding chairs). Often meds are rotated - important to have one targeted at each of the infections (Lyme Morgellons more often than not will involve 2, 3 plus infections).
The cyst form is toughest. The dormant stage you mention is likey a cyst that forms as defense to any threat (natural defrenses, meds, physically trying to extract, other parasites, etc) - some curl up and/or excrete biofilm, or go deeper into tissue etc. quite an effective system.
There ARE solutions - IF Morgellons it probably means it's really Lyme and some bodies react in production of mutated keratin and proteins causing and making up those "fibers".
Tests using FBI forensic lab confirmed not man made substance (meaning not cotton, poly, paper, etc).
Hope you post pics - glad to take a look
I've seen the before/after photos of treatment of Morgellons/Lyme patients - it's showing miraculous results.

To all posting here, I've "been there" for three years - diagnosed initially with demodex (excessive population) from skin scrapings taken by good dermatilogist - we treated for months and then the doc came to the conclusion I needed to see an Infectious Disease doctor.
I moved to new city just at that time and found no help in new city - long story/short, after 3 years of trying almost everything being tried by thousands of others, and looking at samples under a decent microscope, I got access to researchers of Lyme and Morgellons Disease, and was started on Lyme antibiotics (one if which my great Dermatoligist prescribed Bactrim).
After experiencing herxing symptoms for 10 days (initial die off of what is infectinc me), things got better, and have continued to get better 6 weeks into treatment.
I feel better than I have in past three years...no brain fog, little lethargy, and most eruptions either stopped and healing, or on way towards that.
There is no prescription for cysted form I have not been able to get...yet. It's Rafampin used often for pneumonia, but the Lyme/Morgellons bacteria in cyst form is susceptible to it - one of onky a few drugs that can eliminate those - the hardest to cure.
If you can find a Lyme SPECIALIST who is primarily focused on Lyme (most ONLY treat Lyme and have patients lining up to see them), go... Travel if required - many people do.

I've had most if not all if the same exact issues posted in this forum - the "worms", fibers, horrible skin eruptions, biofilm, insect looking things, etc etc etc.
For me, it's a combination of infections but the root if it all is Lyme and Lyme co-infections.
I wish you all the best!

correction on my previous "Rifampin" comment - typo involved - I have NOT been able to yet get prescription for Rafampin... But working on it and positive that will occur.

I just spent 6 months ting figure out what this parasite is. It is nematode called stronglyoid. It enters through skin and lungs. It is an intestinal parasite. Ivermecton is the best treatment that is recommended. I've been using colloidal silver (tons) tea tree oil and diotomaceous earth to slow down the infestation on my skin until I can see a doctor again. They love water and float or jump in the air. Pretty nasty creatures. It isn't glass but larvae stage worms. The last 4 doctors tried to send me to a mental hospital. I couldn't give up because my 2yo also has it. I showed a doctor a video of the worm digging into my skin. We have a doctor visit soon. Thank god and don't give up.

I’ve used Fenbendazole with good results but the moxi/praz has been the best so far - It is supposed to kill all stages and protects against reinfection for up to 84 days. It also kills stomach bots which I know nothing about but there is a strange flying thing involved with this parasite - either a life stage or maybe the parasite attracts these tiny flies...anyway, it has help significantly
We use the sulpher soap to bathe and take salt baths regularly - use regular table salt - with iodine - the entire can/jar in a tub and then use another half can/jar as a scrub that we leave on the skin for 15 min before rinsing off. Doing this for the first time was a huge step in the right direction as far as getting rid of the crawling sensations and itching.
I really hope this helps.
