Worms in the Face

Hi All, I dont know if anyone has come across this. I have a worm infestation in my face. They travel around under the skin leaving tracks and bursting holes into my skin. they create glass like balls that split the skin open and move around my skin with ease.
I first reported it 3 months ago and the doctors totally ignored me treating me for a secondary infection that was caused by open wounds in my face. They have given me 4 courses of antibiotics treating the wrong infect but totally ignored waht I was telling ithem about the worms.
The worms whatever they are are very sharp and whereever they travel through in my face the skin collapses, leaving it like plastercine and it causes tiny splinters that are as sharp as anything that inbed themselves in the inside and outside of my skin right down to the lowest skin level. My skin is also producing a clear sticky substance which feels like little shards of glass if I touch it. All in all, it really couldnt be much worse except for the fact they have made a hole around my mouth which they can look out of. I am totally sane!
I am in pieces. I've been telling the doctors what it is and they have totally ignored me. Even refusing to refer after an A & E i visited confirmed I needed to be referred as the lesions had been on my face for so long.
I discovered I had private medical care through my company which now thank god means I've seen my first dermatologist. He's referred me to another dermatlogist that apparently knows more about things in the skin who I'm yet to see. Even though he's now put me in the right direction, I'm not convinced he was sure it is worms. I can pull 1/2 inch worms out of my skin bit by bit. They look like thread worms and never come out intact, you pull little bits off of them. It leaves worm shape dents in my face and they feel like little match sticks under the skin. Nobody is taking me seriously as people dont really get worms in the face.
They have totally destroyed me skin and I have bad scaring. I have never had acne and had no scaring. This has all been caused in the last 3 months. I dread to think how many are alive in there now they'v been left so long.
Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

you’re not alone I’ve been dealing with this for five years and now my children are dealing with it there five and almost 4 years old hence I had to get rid of my dog when I got pregnant five years ago when I got pregnant with my daughter because she kept getting worms they think it’s what third world problems I’ve seen an infectious disease specialist dermatologist doctors 34 ER visits I’ve even had a stroke or seizures because I believe it’s gone to my brain but I am treated like a drug addict they won’t listen I’ve done so much research and listening to everyone’s stories that I can find and they want to throw it out the only thing they haven’t tested before they won’t and when I’ve try to test myself with a kit it comes back negative they did prescribe parasitic medication one time and that is the only time my kids and I have had a relief the only time from my head to my head toes same with my children we have them everywhere so much that it is in my house and my clothing on my fixtures all my dishes on my cabinets on my floors and it is ruining my home it has taken our lives away I’ve dealt with CPS because of this almost lost my children over it and I’m just at a loss I don’t know what else to do my children suffer severely every day and soda why their father also is infested badly but he’s one of those oh it’s logical explanation for this that but he’ll go pick up dog s**t full of worms and think that he can’t get it from that just ignorance is all I’m surrounded by as my health is declining

I've been dealing with tiny white worms coming out my face and mostly upper body for 6 months. they are leaving scars all over my face also. The doctors said I was delusional! I bought several samples in but they throw them out! I'm at my wits end! I live in Pa. I tried everything. Even trying to get intouch with the CDC but they are closed bc of Covid. HELP!!

The Dr's in the USA not familiar with parasites. They do not listen to what the patient has to say. How do we get through to them? I tested positive to having a Nematode in my system 4 years ago. I had to order the test on line and have the results sent to my family Dr. He did nothing! I have been dealing with this since 2015! I guess enough of us have to die with this parasite to open their eyes!
The CDC can't help us. All they can do is refer us to a Dr. who claims to have knowledge. I am so sick of this. My head hurts all the time my energy level is next to nothing my muscles hurt all the time. Ive gone as far as looking at clinical trials on parasites. I have called the Cleveland clinic and Mayo Clinic. I have had no luck!!

Have you gotten help? I'm having the same issues. Mayo Clinic wanted yo charge me $5,000 to see a doctor, crooks!

You are not alone! I have these exact symptoms. Just tonight I had crystalline chunks and things that are literally like glass shards coming out of my face. People wouldn't understand just how painful this experience is.
Have you scoped your skin, or anything that has come out of your face?

Oh my God, I have the exact same problem...I don't know about it being "worms" exactly, but this started happening after I had worn the masks provided to us by JCP for the pandemic..The craziest thing is that it keeps feeling like i'm getting into glass somehow but im absolutely positive that i am not...i even have a picture of the masks that started the entire thing...i dont know what to do..and as you said, the skin keeps collapsing everywhere these fiber like things seem to enter my skin

it sounds a lot like what I have been suffering with for years I have been to so many doctors and derms they say I am doing it to myself and that I need psychiatric help My gp gave me a drug for delusional parasitosis I took it later he doubled the strength I would take him videos of the little worms moving around and rooting other hairs and pores with its head all while I was taking the drug he gave me Finally I got him to refer me to an infectious disease doctor I havent gone yet waiting for them to call to make an appt

Has anyone experienced seizures related to this? I have been dealing with similar symptoms for about 2 years and it has completely destroyed my life. on top of the parasitic sensations in nose, face, ears, gums, etc. I developed strange Tourette's like speech patterns where I make repetitive speech sounds day in and day out. I then started having seizures. Ive had 2 MRIs of my brain and they show progressive volume loss and atrophy of my cerebral cortex. My neurologist now had a strong concern that i have a degenerative brain disease... because of the atrophy but also the hallucinations of constantly seeing and feeling worms and parasites. i do experience real hallucinations as well due to this affecting my brain- but I just know its a parasite and no one seems to know how to help! I also go into catatonic states but no one seems concerned. It is so infuriating i cant even express my frustration in words. its unbelievable. Most days I just pray to go into a coma so I don't have to feel like this anymore and so maybe somebody would take it seriously. I've written goodbye letters to my family and my young kids because every day i feel like im going to die. this is a living nightmare. If anyone can offer help or suggestions I would be so grateful. 😃

I haven't had seizures but I was having epileptic episodes when I would doze off to sleep. I also have brain atrophy and calcification of chloroid plexi. Everything started after I brought in this stupid homeless cat which I wish I would've just not have! Now I'm literally dying, I started having pretty severe heart palpitations and a long list of random, yet serious, symptoms. I have parasites in my cheeks, my sinuses and my neck. I get really bad chills sometimes, a burning sensation and pressure in my abdomen.

I HAVE THE SAME THING!* I have been to the ER 4 times and 3 walk in clinic. I have seen a Dr online twice as well. I was just given a second course of Mebendizole today. At the ER one Dr laughed at me and told me to "Go to rehab!!!" I left in tears! He *DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT MY SKIN!! I have been HUMILIATED and this is ALREADY MORTIFYING!! How does this even happen?! Omg hun I FEEL YOUR PAIN!! Did you ever find anything that ended up helping because i could use some advice!!! I dont know what to do!!

FINALLY FOUND YOUR SYMPTOM NOTES. I've got the exact same symptoms for sure but did not notice until i contracted Chiggers which itch/hurt like mad too. Confusing dominantly because of Guillian-Barre Syndrome history along with diabetes and horrible skin. Have been to my PCP, dermatologist and my mom (nurse). What happened and how effective. I'm beyond mad doing my own research or fade away like others with this.... Help! Please.

Hi im new here ... and this is sooooo scary to me and very hard to wrap my mind around ... different off the wall things coming out of my skin, mostly my face. Went from mites to worms and i live in a small town and dont know of one person that has this Morgellons. I have been to a Dermatologist and an emergency room and got no answers and dont understand why NOT ... It has changed up on me when i go to pick them out ... they were hard anyway but now i can try and try and they srart hurting me ... the shower tonight was a nightmare .... my friends are thinking im mental which it doesnt bother me bcuz i know what i am going through but its a horrible thing to go through alone and noone in my corner. i really need help these things are getting big and many and i cant keep up ... im about to take a third dose of Ivermectin in 3 days ... i want to give up everday and cried and prayed in the shower for forgiveness. i dont know whats coming next but my future looks grimm. i dont know what to do but I really need information or recommendations would be very appreciated. Thanks for letting me join the discussion y'all!
P.S.
I use many cloths while pruning my face and does anyone else see evil images in the pictures ...i did today and it frightened. just wondering.

Yes i have had the same problem however i am going into my 6th year. i have severe attacks every three months destroying and visually warping the shape of my face, everything you you mentioned is what ive been going through. I had to get invermectin on line, after doing extensive research on different nematodes , my symptoms matched exactly to "river blindness" parasite. But not one doctor in Australia (dermatologists the works, probably 30 different "so called professionals) has yet definitively treated me & Im currently going to the Vic Skin Clinic, i have got so much information etc etc not from doctors, but from observation & tests i carried out. i can kill the nests but not the worms. So its still a constant battle, my skin was beautiful, clear as ever prior which you can see when comparing skin infected to not infected skin on my face and shoulder and down my spine. Ive even been sent to a psychiatrist only for them to find me sane as ever.

Hi..my mum has been dealing with something similar as last 4 years. She says they are snakes. Has lesions on her face and neck..but recently she says all over her body..it is totally driving her and the rest of us crazy with frustration. Doctors are saying delusional parasitous. she keeps getting antibiotics which seem to do no good. She has doctors out every week as while and they seem to think it is a mental condition. She believes she has been spiked with an egg in her drink 4 years ago and has even rang police etc..reporting them for trying to murder her. she also believes that the person is paying the doctors to tell her that it is only in her head. It is all she every talks about and some friends no longer visit because of it. She gets very agitated and aggressive if we say anything that contradicts her and hardly goes out of the house and depends on me her only daughter to sort everything. Please if anyone can help or give advice as to what we should be doing. It's a living nightmare for her and for us

Parasites can cause irritability and an altered mental state. Doctor's in America are morons, a monkey could order blood tests and do their job. How is your mom?
