Worms in the Face

Hi All,  I dont know if anyone has come across this.  I have a worm infestation in my face.  They travel around under the skin leaving tracks and bursting holes into my skin.  they create glass like balls that split the skin open and move around my skin with ease. 

I first reported it 3 months ago and the doctors totally ignored me treating me for a secondary infection that was caused by open wounds in my face.  They have given me 4 courses of antibiotics treating the wrong infect but totally ignored waht I was telling ithem about the worms. 

The worms whatever they are are very sharp and whereever they travel through in my face the skin collapses, leaving it like plastercine and it causes tiny splinters that are as sharp as anything that inbed themselves in the inside and outside of my skin right down to the lowest skin level. My skin is also producing a clear sticky substance which feels like little shards of glass if I touch it.  All in all, it really couldnt be much worse except for the fact they have made a hole around my mouth which they can look out of.  I am totally sane!

I am in pieces.  I've been telling the doctors what it is and they have totally ignored me.  Even refusing to refer after an A & E i visited confirmed I needed to be referred as the lesions had been on my face for so long.   

I discovered I had private medical care through my company which now thank god means I've seen my first dermatologist.  He's referred me to another dermatlogist that apparently knows more about things in the skin who I'm yet to see.  Even though he's now put me in the right direction, I'm not convinced he was sure it is worms.  I can pull 1/2 inch worms out of my skin bit by bit.  They look like thread worms and never come out intact, you pull little bits off of them.  It leaves worm shape dents in my face and they feel like little match sticks under the skin.  Nobody is taking me seriously as people dont really get worms in the face. 

They have totally destroyed me skin and I have bad scaring.  I have never had acne and had no scaring.   This has all been caused in the last 3 months.  I dread to think how many are alive in there now they'v been left so long.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

    Hi. I have the same thing and have for a couple years now. I've been too embarrassed to go to the doctor. I thought it was Morgellons so I kept getting info from the internet to self medicate. I've tried bleach, alcohol, oils, alfalfa with laundry soap , almost everything. My skin is getting ruined and its permanently scarred. I never used to have acne even. Some days I want to die. I don't know what to do anymore. I can't focus on anything because of the constant burning and pain. Its taking me away for hours in the mirror and I can hardly care for my son anymore.

      Please look up Bartonella! It's something new that the C.D.C has found. It has a lot of the symptoms people are explaining. Please let me know what you think..

      Hi im the same. You need to set yourself some rules as to only 10 minutes am and pm looking in the mirror.  What does your skin look like.

      Me too! Even my nose! They have ruined my face. Never had acne ever and they have really messed my face up. I'm so sad all the time. Can't be myself. These have taken over my life. Dr.s don't believe it's possible and don't know what on earth to do .

    Hey I just want to say after having these things for three months and some change they hung out with me all summer they sunbathed on my face. that made my skin look like sh*t. Everyone and their brother told me I was crazy stop digging at your face I had infectious disease doctors tell me to go take another video because I had a video of a worm coming out of my arm can you believe that. I had the whole dermatologist office staring at me secretaries nurses when I came out of the room after I got dressed from seeing the doctor. And can you believe one of the secretaries chased me down after I left and wanted to see the video. So I showed her and I said I hope you all get it. Three months of hell and I still have it but today I got the phone call after I pack two stool samples with dead worms and seeds from my Trichinella. I was on a bender door at the time my second treatment the first treatment didn't give me enough in the 200 mg twice a day not enough second treatment they gave me 400 mg twice today which killed probably about 70% of them not the ones in my face and my muscles so so I just told the doctor that the Albenza is not the right medicine for me now that they believe me and not think I'm nuts. These things left holes in my face I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy but I'll tell you what every doubter that I had I wanted to give it to them. I'm just a little excited today because I have the doctors on my side now it was pretty much me verse the world and it sucked. Hopefully now I can move on with my life because it's been a standstill actually downward spiral more like it. I wish all you do best and DO NOT EAT PORK🐛

      I took Albenza for parasite also. The medication killed off most of the parasites but not the things on my face head and skin. Doctors thought I was crazy. So I've been doing my own research and came across a disease called Bartonella! Look it up and let me know what you think..

      You're right no one is ever going to diagnose me with anything I'm going to live with this for rest of my life or die

      Hi perhaps you can try using hydrogen peroxide. It is actually effective in killing bacteria and parasites. You can get the 3% dilution from a pharmacy.

      The cure is neem pills for oral use. And neem oil for external use. It will murder all these parasites. God bless.

    Hi Nicolamc,

    Did i read somewhere you got a diagnosis. I started with the same hole in my chin.  This has healed but i read on my Drs notes that the lab advised a test for lishmaniasis.  My nose is so soar now and my cindition has worsened. I am at aloss as no Dr has a clue. My nose ENT Dr didnt seem interested.  So no one seems to want to take me seriously.  What tests did you have.

    Maybe it could be g.pulchrum parasites. May you should see an infectious disease specialist or parasitologist.
