Worms in the Face

Hi All, I dont know if anyone has come across this. I have a worm infestation in my face. They travel around under the skin leaving tracks and bursting holes into my skin. they create glass like balls that split the skin open and move around my skin with ease.
I first reported it 3 months ago and the doctors totally ignored me treating me for a secondary infection that was caused by open wounds in my face. They have given me 4 courses of antibiotics treating the wrong infect but totally ignored waht I was telling ithem about the worms.
The worms whatever they are are very sharp and whereever they travel through in my face the skin collapses, leaving it like plastercine and it causes tiny splinters that are as sharp as anything that inbed themselves in the inside and outside of my skin right down to the lowest skin level. My skin is also producing a clear sticky substance which feels like little shards of glass if I touch it. All in all, it really couldnt be much worse except for the fact they have made a hole around my mouth which they can look out of. I am totally sane!
I am in pieces. I've been telling the doctors what it is and they have totally ignored me. Even refusing to refer after an A & E i visited confirmed I needed to be referred as the lesions had been on my face for so long.
I discovered I had private medical care through my company which now thank god means I've seen my first dermatologist. He's referred me to another dermatlogist that apparently knows more about things in the skin who I'm yet to see. Even though he's now put me in the right direction, I'm not convinced he was sure it is worms. I can pull 1/2 inch worms out of my skin bit by bit. They look like thread worms and never come out intact, you pull little bits off of them. It leaves worm shape dents in my face and they feel like little match sticks under the skin. Nobody is taking me seriously as people dont really get worms in the face.
They have totally destroyed me skin and I have bad scaring. I have never had acne and had no scaring. This has all been caused in the last 3 months. I dread to think how many are alive in there now they'v been left so long.
Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

I just this year started noticing does exact symptoms that you listed in your post 4 years ago. And I've been trying to figure out what's going on with me... My web search web me too Morgellons and I am waiting to see my doctor so I can get a referral to a specialist. But in the meantime I really want to get this stuff that's on my face taking care of at least... Nice search also led me to strong boys and parasites... Which also makes sense to me. Is Morgellons parasites? Is it treated the same way that you would treat those? Please help😩

I have found luck with doxycycline, and FEBENDAZOLE
Also, DE.
I read up so much on this today.
I’m going to give something else a go tomorrow.
It all made sense to me, I’ll let you know if I have any luck with it?
I’m focusing on..
Why “us” not others’ approach...

Yesterday I Successfully burned the lesions off my face with dermatologist strength 60% glycolic acid. I bought it on eBay for 8 dollars. This stuff is no joke. I felt like a civil war soldier who was getting their leg amputated. I almost needed a stick to bite down on. after I dabbed the glycolic acid on my lesion next to my mouth you need to have a fan going to be able to tolerate the pain. I could feel it literally cook the morgellons inside out out. I will take some before and after pics.

!!! I didn't see this before posting but didn't you post that use of clotrimazole cleared up your issues?!
I second that recommendation - again, not saying a complete cure (depends on core issue ie Lyme or Demodex or Threadworm, Flatworm etc infection involved), but no matter, skin is likely to be much more healed and gets one back in circulation without the severe lesions we all know are so obvious and damaging/scaring to our skin.

i have to state that if only 4 tiny things pulled out, you are fortunate and probably caught the infection early - I've seen 40 come out in one day - it can take hold and become rapidly "infested"

Some have posted some successful with clotrimazole anti-fungal cream - 3 Day Vaginal Yeast Infection cream (otc at Walgreens, CVS, etc) contains 2% clotrimazole but 1% is in most antifunglas. Anyway, since most skin infections whether Morgellons or demodex or threadworm, etc. also have major fungal component, this is a must-try. I've had very good results although for me not a total cure. There are also rare fungal skin infections (algae based) that can cause very similar and severe skin infections - clotrimazole has been shown to be clinically essential as "part" of the treatment/cure.

therefore, trying clotrimazole is recommended - little potential for negative side-effects - needs to be applied liberally 3+ times per day - again 2% is available otc via "3-Day" vaginal fungal infection cream - not always in stock but Walgreens and CVS definitely carry it in many retail stores or available online - runs about $15 for small tube.

it will likely require several days or weekS to get hold of fungal infections - again, I've had success in beating down these "worms in face", "glass shards/splinters" etc with it - not a complete cure but amazing improvement in severity of skin lesions and from photos I've seen, no matter the core source of the infection, clotrimazole improves a major portion of the skin symptoms - look through other posts on this forum as at least one other poster cites good results
