Worms in the Face

Hi All,  I dont know if anyone has come across this.  I have a worm infestation in my face.  They travel around under the skin leaving tracks and bursting holes into my skin.  they create glass like balls that split the skin open and move around my skin with ease.

I first reported it 3 months ago and the doctors totally ignored me treating me for a secondary infection that was caused by open wounds in my face.  They have given me 4 courses of antibiotics treating the wrong infect but totally ignored waht I was telling ithem about the worms.

The worms whatever they are are very sharp and whereever they travel through in my face the skin collapses, leaving it like plastercine and it causes tiny splinters that are as sharp as anything that inbed themselves in the inside and outside of my skin right down to the lowest skin level. My skin is also producing a clear sticky substance which feels like little shards of glass if I touch it.  All in all, it really couldnt be much worse except for the fact they have made a hole around my mouth which they can look out of.  I am totally sane!

I am in pieces.  I've been telling the doctors what it is and they have totally ignored me.  Even refusing to refer after an A & E i visited confirmed I needed to be referred as the lesions had been on my face for so long.

I discovered I had private medical care through my company which now thank god means I've seen my first dermatologist.  He's referred me to another dermatlogist that apparently knows more about things in the skin who I'm yet to see.  Even though he's now put me in the right direction, I'm not convinced he was sure it is worms.  I can pull 1/2 inch worms out of my skin bit by bit.  They look like thread worms and never come out intact, you pull little bits off of them.  It leaves worm shape dents in my face and they feel like little match sticks under the skin.  Nobody is taking me seriously as people dont really get worms in the face.

They have totally destroyed me skin and I have bad scaring.  I have never had acne and had no scaring.   This has all been caused in the last 3 months.  I dread to think how many are alive in there now they'v been left so long.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

I just found that under my skin I am covered with a type or “ scale” that looks like a toe nail or a fish tail. Facing either upward or downward they are large and small but all over even on my arms where the infestation is.

What the hell ANYONE HEARD OF THIS?

Yes I have the same thing in my face. When I can get one out sometimes the are flat with fibers coming out of it. Been to a lot of docs no-one seems to know what it is. Wished someone would know what this hellish stuff is and tell us how to cure it.

Are they all over your face? Mine are even around my eyes chin. Everywhere I have been having parasites. My face is so totally infested at this point with parasites. Now they are everywhere in my arms legs but these are crawling painful 3 dimensional white creatures.

I investigated and mine have the parasites under them growing this is bizarre. However, I am going to USC for a second opinion. They have a Dept of entomology where they test for these things. I am a RN and I am going to find out. I am goi g to share what I find. We will do this together ok

Yes my face so far is what is infected, about week ago my face was almost clear just a few bumps, then this week new lesions on forehead, chin ,nose and cheeks. I noticed that when a breakout is going to happen I get sore red raised spots that get bigger. Some of these things are flat with a pointy needle thing. Fleshy looking😣 I've had a biopsy came back negative, blood work for parasites and stool test all negative. I wonder if it is lymes disease. If it is the bacteria from lymes.

We aren't going to get anywhere with the medical professionals we have been left to fend for ourselves we've become our own advocates, Doctors, researchers, and scientists etc..

      Really sad beyond sad

      I don't trust anymore

Post traumatic stress from all of this..

I have the same thing 😞 they are spiky, ugly, and I'm sick of seeing them oozing out of patches of lesions all over my face, corners of my mouth, arms and legs. But mostly, it's my eyelids. It has spread everywhere, leaving skin that turns black. It looks dead. My face is destroyed and I can't even wear makeup to hide it. It's

that bad. I've also been seeing weird, short, black hairs in the sink, after I wash my face. They are all exactly the same length and form of a staple that's been pulled out.

That is great news - Whatever works, stay with it well past apparent healing stage - I went through weeks of Albendazole and Praziquantel (plus Bactrim antibiotic) last year and expelled a lot of parasites through my GI system, after one week straight of 40% permethrin and benzyl benzoate topically - clean and clear for 6 weeks - HOWEVER, a few weeks after stopping all meds, it cranked up again and worse than ever.  It is important to stay the course of any success for months past when itlooks like it’s cured. THIS is where the general medical community and the few good Lyme doctors/NPs (and overseas parasite doctors) part ways. I know a doctor and Nurse Practitioner who were essentially run out of state by peers (using court system to drain their time and money) because they were extending antibiotic treatment times (even though successfully beating Lyme/Morgellons)

Yes. I've managed to keep them at bay with a myriad of antiparasitic meds, antibiotics, essential oils, palo azul tea, cleansers, creams etc. I passed a whole bunch after 2 week course of albendezole. But I too believe the is a fungal, co-infection of some sort. Have been using Silka and it really seems to help with weird, rubbery dead skin and lesions.

Thank you for your comment! Funny you mentioned staph...before this started, I suffered multiple dental infections and my granddaughter contracted a nasty staph infection. Worth looking into....

If you think about what is under our skin is lymph system that is the brown goop. But, what is fascinations on me it looked like scales and toe nails a solid object but once disturbed. It all turns liquid. Brown liquid so it is infected lymph system.  How do we cure that.

I'm not sure how to cure that. I don't have the same issue with the things that come out of my skin. They retract, when I try to pull them out by the parts that stick out thru my skin like thorns. They are stretchy and cheese-like. But if I get a big piece out, or a whole one, they curl up and "die" within seconds.

Oh so sorry Kimberly63596! please tell us what the entomologist tells you! Maybe they will have the answer!

Mine too as a matter of fact I figured out how to kill them if you can see them under your skin by the surface.  I poke them I. The head with a pointer tweezer and they die. Sometimes when they die they open up under your skin.  There are three right now that opened up

I might have agreed out of despair two days ago...I can ASSURE YOU TODAY, IT IS A PARASITE OR INSECT! Trust your intuition...Do you feel movement under or around jaw line and under either ear?

Kimberly I amnd one other person here have the exact same description. You can feel them crawling they can be quiet large 1/4 inch across and they are long. Bizarrely when flat they if you can see through your skin they look like little skeletons with a Thai paper cut out head.but they are like a wisp of cartilage when killed. Immediately when I kill one by poking its brain with a pin it shrinks down fast to a wisp and basically disappears like nothing ever happened. When tested they show nothing.

please look into clothes moths. I've been through all of this and feel 100 times better now. also, have your thyroid checked. sounds crazy I know. But thyroid issues cause peripheral neuropathy which can cause the big crawling sensations. also clothes moths get in your bedding and clothes and are often confused for miasus.
