Worms under my skin and when I go to the bathroom my dogs have it too

i put dawn dish liquid soap all over my dogs in the bath,and worms started coming out of there skin. but there hard to get out .i did the samething on me they were on my head,legs, face.this just happen in within two days . ive been crying, i called the vet about my babies and they acted like they didnt believe me. um going to dr tomorrow. hes probably gonna thank im crazy but im not. my skin is changing and my hair is coming out. and so is my dogs. has anyone been through the same thing? i would be greatful for any info. thanks. were tired and going to bed now since ive been bathing and washing clothes all day on account if this.
