Worried

My surgery was 2 weeks ago and I think most of the swelling and bruising is going down now but since yesterday I have really felt sore epscially on the right side where the cyst was and at one point it was throbbing.
I am trying my hardest not to do anything but we did go out for about and hour yesterday and thats when it started. If I go out I walk slowly and we did have lunch in that time so wasnt on my feet all the time
Its hurt before but usually goes again once I rest.
Its really hurting when I pee too
Do you think its normal to still be feeling so sore.
Thanks Tracey xx

I know what you mean. My tummy has felt really \"heavy\" during the last week. I keep telling myself that it's just that all the painkillers etc have all worn off now and it's trying to repair itself.
Mine feels worse when I need to go to the toilet. It also feels strange wen I pee but I'm just assuming that's all down to the internal swelling thats still there.
I think if you are in any doubt you should ring your consultant. Let me know how you are in the next couple of days.

I think perhaps you are right and its still internal swelling and as the wound itself isnt as sore I am noticing the pain from the ovary more
I did absolutely nothing yesterday and it wasnt as bad this morning.
Although I did get told off by hubby who rang up to check to see how I am as I had just swept up.
It also might still be gas as saturday my stomach swelled up so much so a going to try and drinki some peppermint tea today.
Another wierd thing I noticed was all last week I craved tea whereas normally I dont touch it.
If it does get bad though I will be ringing up
Although last night I woke up and realised I was sleeping on my side :D and not just on my back its the first time I have turned in weeks. I cant wait to sleep on my tummy again
Hope you feel better soon
