Oh, you've had enough BIG diagnoses already...I'd be worried, too sad My younger son has been diagnosed with lots of "things" including Coeliac and we worry with any new tests. HUGS to you!  It sounds like your dr. is on top of this, so GL. Could it by thyroid? Sometimes goes with diabetes/CD... Please keep us posted!

Hi Linda, it's certainly possible that it's diabetes, and you are wise to get it checked out by your GP.  I have Coeliac disease, an under-active thyroid and diabetes. If you have one auto-immune disease you have an increased risk of having another.

Hope all goes well with your appointment.

    Hi Linda,

I have very recently been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease and I too am suffering with intollerable itching which is driving me nuts, however, since I can remember, I've always been one to be thirsty and always carry bottles of water with me wherever I go.

I too will have to wait on more tests to see if it's my vitamin levels and/or type 1 diabetes etc. It's a scary time, but please remember, you are not alone in this chic!

I know it's easier said than done, but try not to psych yourself out too much with what I like to call 'google-diagnosis'. I have my fingers cross for you and wish you the best of luck. Remember, any diagnosis can be treated/managed, so please keep that in mind smile

    Kindest regards,

    - Chikimeo.
