I've had an endoscopy and they took biopsies they now want me to have a CT scan i.m worried sick has this happened to anyone else

Did they tell you why they want you to have a CT scan? If not, call them and have them give you the details. There's no point in speculating and worrying when you should be able to find out the actual reason.

I could only speak to the secretary and she couldn't tell me anything original endocopy said biopsies where benign but then I had another endoscopy and they took more biopsies then said superficial ulcers now this I just feel really worried

I don't think you should worry yet, they are probably just being cautious. I know a couple of people with ulcers and they are doing fine.
