I have been struggling with anal fissure for a month now. I went to my doctor and she said anal fissure immediately without doing a rectal examination. She said she can see a posterior fissure just by her inspection. My fissure still hasnt got better yet.. Several days ago,i havent bled during bowel movement but today i notice a small amount of blood on my TP again. I'm scared that my doctor misdiagnosed me with anal cancer. Worried and scared now. Any ideas ?
