had these two lumps around 2 weeks now, both appeared together. No sexual interaction in over a year, should I be worried?

Jack, these look like penile cysts - do an online search if you want further details.
These are often caused by adverse pressure being applied to the penis - some men may do this when masturbating, in some cultures men practice 'natural penile enhancement' and this can cause this to occur too.
Cysts are harmless, but take quite some time to fade away - I recently had one and that took 7 or 8 months to fade. The thing to watch out for is if they grow in size, or you get more of them, in which case consult a Doctor. If you do not irritate them eventually they will heal themselves .....

Thank you very much, I will keep close eye on them.
Nothing that can be applied to speed that process up?

No, there is only a diy cure and I would not give you the details of this due to the risk of infection .... best to wait .... I did ....

Apologies for the late reply, no I wouldn't want to risk any infection.
Thanks for clearing it up for me, you defo do not see it as anything more serious?
Also would there be any medical products that could be applied to make it fade off like TCP for example?

Certainly looks like penile cysts to me - but, even medical professionals misdiagnose things, and I am no medical professional by any means. You could seek medical opinion anyway.
If this was a blocked skin pore or an infected ingrown hair follicle even, TCP would help - if this is what you had they would either get larger by now or have faded away completely. You would do no harm applying TCP, see what happens .....

Very true yeah they do. I am not overly concerned of what it is just wanted to rule out the big one that begins with C. As someone who suffers with anxiety that was obviously what first sprang to mind.
I have TCP lying about so will apply as can only help it and see.
Thanks

Hi I have something incredibly similar to what is pictured above.
7-8 Months is quite a long time, could these lumps be anything serious? I would hate to wait that amount of time and find out its something incredibly bad.
Thanks
