While undressing today, I suddenly found a new lump on my nipple, it's painful when you touch it (burning sensation) and it's red and swollen . I'm pretty sure it's not acne though. I'm really worried please help me, what should I do? And what do you think it is?

It looks like a cyst but you do need to see a doctor as they can enlarge inwards. ie under the areola. Dont mess with it ,see a doctor as soon as possible.
