Good evening all , undergoing alot of tests at moment and under cardiac and neurology consultant care hence the increase in anxiety. I have been unwell over the last few days due to an ear infection lost my hearing in left ear and has caused a lot of anxiety due to the balance issues. Long story short i have had diahhrea and very unsettled tummy only can describe my stomach feels like baby flutters and movements and what a can see is slight pulsating this isnt just at belly button its all over bottom but after doctor google bad idea i know. Im scared i now have an abdominal AA, i had a clear echo where it mentions all my upper aorta and aortic valve is normal and normal sizes im just trying to tell myself if i had an AAA their would have been signs on the echo. I know rationally it is probally just because my tummy has been so upset but the flutters and so quite scary and not pregnant. Thanks in advance

it’s normal to see a pulsating in your abdominal area and that’s because there is a very large artery there. If anybody lays down flat they would most likely see that also. I see it all the time and I am very happy that I do because that artery supplies blood to our entire body. be glad that you see that!

Also, abdominal aortic aneurysm which is that same artery is extremely rare in younger people. usually happens in males who are near middle age and smoke.

sounds like you were told everything is OK. Just please relax. You are fine.

your aorta is pumping ! ❤
