Worried about colon cancer

my health anxiety has been through the roof lately. I’ve been so worried about having possible colon cancer it’s affecting my every day life and ability to do anything. Been having some symptoms with a regular store diarrhea constipation and some cramping lately. I did a full blood panel CBC was completely normal and they did a CT scan of my abdomen and pelvis area that also came back normal. In addition, I had a colonoscopy in 2009 and 2015 that were also normal minus some gastritis and hemorrhoids. I guess I’m trying to figure out if my recent blood panel and CT scan was normal and I’ve had colonoscopies in 2009 and 2015 which is now been less than five years is it possible that I have colon cancer? I am still having symptoms but in the past my anxiety is manifested a lot of symptoms as well so it’s hard to tell what’s real and what’s not
