worried about gray raised bump near the base of my penis... what can this possibly be?

28 year old male.

I just noticed this silver/gray bump at the base of my penis a couple of hours ago. What can this possibly be?

Is there anything else it could be besides hpv/warts? i havent had any sexual contact with anyone in over 5 months! what else could be causing this?
