Worried about HIV transmission risk help

so I am a phlebotomist and about 4 weeks ago I was drawing a routine test on a patient and its worth noting I have no clue about the patients medical history however I drew the blood into a regular lavender top and for one reason or another the blood had to be poured off from the tube. I took the cap off and poured the blood but while I was putting the cap back onto the tube the outside plastic rim of the tube cut my finger it was shallow and small and I looked right after and there was no blood in the cut and there didnt seem to be blood on the tube and my own cut didnt even bleed until I squeezed it. obviously I washed it off immediatley w soap and hand sanitizer. I havent had any symptoms no rash or swollen lymphnodes or fever or any oral sores or swelling the only thing is ive had a sore throat which is relativley common for me I get strep and tonsil rocks a lot. I guess what im asking is is there any risk of hiv transmisson from this? almost everyone ive spoken with has told me not to worry but I do, I schedlued testing w my pcp but im just trying to ease my mind for the next few days until I get in there.
