Worried about liver disease

Hi. I've recently started 'leaking' clear fluid from my belly button. In particular, when I lie on my side and press on my stomach, which isn't particularly hard, fluid oozes out. I've been given very strong antibiotics for infection but the course had now been completed and in still having this issue.

I am classed as obese, about 4 stone heavier than I should be. I'm also menopausal so my body shape has changed and I'm gathering more fat around my middle. I'm not a big drinker, and regularly go weeks, if not months without alcohol. I am aware you can develop 'Fatty Liver Disease' and I'm wondering if I've had this a while.

I'm scared that I may have the start of ascites and that's the fluid leaking. I've been unable to get a GP appt and I'm considering a visit to the hospital for assessment. I googled symptoms (bad move!) and there was something about small blood spots appearing on upper trunk...I have 3 which I've not noticed before.

I am a worrier, and I'm now spiralling with all these thoughts.

Any feedback or advice would be welcomed.
