Worried about MS

Does anyone on here on here worry about MS. I have had 2 MRI's and all was neg. I hope this test would show if I had it. My doctors all say its anxiety which I dont believe because I have had these symptoms for years and years. Can anxiety go on and on like this. I feel my doctors have made a mistake diagnosing me. Meds dont seem to work either. Need some advice here.

Gale, anxiety can absolutely go on for decades, as well as the symptoms it creates.
I thought I had MS when I was in my twenties. I had anxiety, ringing in my ears, floaters in eyes, weakness, muscle twitching, numbness in arms and legs, shortness of breath, lightheadedness and several other symptoms. These came on all at once!
I was terrified! Tests were normal. It took months for it to slightly calm down but some symptoms lingered for years. I finally realized that all the anxiety I had since childhood was so bottled up, my brain couldn’t take it anymore . It was literally a breakdown of my nervous system.
So trust the MRI BECAUSE that’s the test for MS.
Work on reducing anxiety, I got counseling, started taking better care of myself, eating healthy, exercise, stopped taking life too seriously, Meditations on you tube, doing things that made me laugh and smile and enjoy the simple things.
Put YOURSELF first for a change.
You do not have MS. Your symptoms are telling you that you have too much stress and anxiety.
If I get stressed, even to this day, I will get some anxiety symptom . It doesn’t scare me anymore because I know it won’t hurt me but I then reduce stress by calming my mind. I love the meditations for anxiety, sleep, relaxation, Overthinking, etc on you tube. My symptoms go away and my mind is peaceful.
Hope this helps!
By the way, I am in my fifties now and still here! 🌸🌸🌸😁

Hi Jan....again thank you so much. I am now in my 60's and this started in my 20's. Long time and thats why I feel it has to be a physical problem. I feel this 24/7 and can last for weeks go away but it always comes back. Sick of seeing doctors they all say the same thing. Maybe I should ask for another MRI to see if anything is different. I only want to feel normal. Jan any other advise you have for me is greatly appreciated.
