worried about my father

I am a little worried about my father. he told me that I am overreacting. A few days ago, while we were outside cutting grass, he looked very tired. more so then usual. I took the mower and told him to rest. when we went back inside I noticed that his lips and nose were white as if there was no blood. I worried he may be having a heart attack. To get me off his back he checked his BP and it was in normal range (actually better then mine and I am 30 years younger). with that being said he is diabetic, over weight, and has known heart issues. His carotid arty is 72% blocked with no stint. At times he has chest pain and his Cardiologists has been trying to get him to come in for a stress test but he has yet to go.
