Worried about my liver

can anyone tell me if an abdominal ultrasound shows liver problems ?

    Yes it shows problems. I had ultrasound which showed enlarged fatty liver with lesions. I have my next appointment on the 11th October so I will find out what it all means. I don't drink alcohol I never have. Do you have an ultrasound appointment?

    Yes my abdominal scan showed that I had fatty liver and 3 simple cysts.I was getting a scan to see if I had gall stones these did not show but a later scan showed lots of tiny stones.

      Apparently the cysts are nothing to worry about, I have one on my left kidney. a fatty liver can be sorted out with diet. Next appointment ask for advice. The stones can be dissolved too by laser. Hope you get well soon.
