Worried about my penis (repost with pictures added)

Hey, I'm Justin and I'm 15

I'm circumstanced and had no sexual activities with someone.

I have a "cave" on the neck of my penis, about 2mm in diameter and I can make it discharge a white-yellow non-lequid stuff

I also have 2 skin deforms next to each other on the shaft under the neck, one of them has 2 smaller caves prob like the first

what's even more worrying is that a litte lump behind the meautus appeared, and then currently light brown spots started appearing on the glans slowly

non of all the mentioned itch, burn or something like that, and I had no penis medical serious issues as long as I can remember

additional: I have rashes on my penis and also black spots (prob normal)

maybe they are related to each other?

is this a sign of a disease or just normal during puberty?

what could I possibly do?

Justin.  It is good to ask questions.  For what I see it may be nothing.  It may be scares from from your circumcision.  When did you have it done.  Do you have any problem masturbating If is does not bother you it may not give you a problem when you start having sex.  If you are unsure go to the doctor.  That would be the best  Ken

First of all my young friend don't worry about what it looks like.  Girl's or women mostly think there ugly to begin with.  As long as it works and can do the job.  Your good to go.  You said that you had it done around 2 or 3.  That may have been a problem because your penis was growing but it's to late now.  My sons had it done before they left the hospital.  It does said that it should be done within 10 days It heals faster and there is less pain.  But like I said don't worry about what it looks like you will be fine.  Enjoy your life there are other things to worry about.  Take care  ken
