    Turmeric

    Aloe Vera

    Pineapple

    Ginger

    Bromelian

Iv just googled this for you

Bromelain Juicing pineapple in a combo with aloe, ginger and turmeric is a powerful of anti-inflammatory pain relief remedy. Bromelain can also be found on its own as a supplement.

Hope she's finds some relief with one of these 😊

Your best bet is to talk to your pharmacist...that's right, NOT your doctor.  They know more about meds than anyone on the planet (I was married to one for 25 years).  Ask about anti-inflammatories that have no interactions with the blood thinners and statins.  Their computer can check for those interactions immediately.  Once you've found some potential combinations, see your doc to discuss and get the appropriate prescriptions.  DO NOT just take OTC meds until ALL interactions are checked.  No kidding...interactions are serious business. Do the research; talk to a pharmacist.

      Hi chiko how you doing?

Well Iv been to see my neuro and apparently  he thinks one of the screws in my fusion is loose and probably always has been and that the fusion has failed, he's sending me for a ct scan to see what's going on, any idea on what the next step is, he said to remove it but when Iv looked online it seems that it then needs replaced with bigger screws and fused again, my back feels so unstable so removing it will only make it worse I would imagine any way, I'm terrified to go through this again and was wandering if you had any experience of this.

Currently walking is practically impossible without excruciating pain and nipping with constant nerve pain down legs and burning feet and the need to pee all the time which incidentally eased after I had injections last week but that only lasted a few days and now it's back, I have about 6 weeks to wait for scan, is there any way of avoiding surgery, I just can't bare the thought😊

I have not had any such experience.  What's the fusion?  Where to where?

That's a one-level fusion.  Wonder if it can be replaced with a single LLIF,  I had bilateral foraminal stenosis at L2/L3 right above my 4-level TLIF (L3-S1).  If you can have a surgeon replace the rails with the single LLIF device, it's an overnight in the hospital, no brace, no rehab.

Search for "globus lateral" on TouTube for a cute animation.  Picture below...

Oh and I just want to add that for my 1 level I have a 7" scar, he also caused a thoracic arachnoid cyst compressing my spinal cord and refused to see me 7 years later, I often wander if he knew something was wrong but hoped he'd never see me again, this is my fear I just don't trust any of them, once again thank you😊

Find someone with experience in the LLIF procedure.  Mine has done over 2,000 of them.  See if it can be fixed that way.  Also, a CT/Myelogram with contrast test is the gold standard for the spine.  Complete mapping of everything going on.  I'd suggest getting one so the neuro can see everything.

PS on the LLIF: 1. Two surgeons are involved...your neuro plus a General Surgeon who clears the path from your side to your spine.  Expect that.  Two: Expect some nerve pain down your legs for a few weeks.  They retract the nerve roots to install the device so there is some expected diminishing nerve pain.

I hope this solution works for you but only al LLIF-experienced neuro can tell you that.
