worried about my throat

So hi! i had a wave of corona and my throat looks like this image

should i be worried? i had corona like 4 5 months ago and idk why is my throat looking like this 😦 ive been searchinf on google so many things..it could be cancer? or somthing easy to fight with XD i have big anxiety too and my minds go crazy and im thinking about the baddest causes.

Thank u guys! 😦 im worried.... are my veins from the back of the throat looking normal? is ok? 😦
