Worried About Neck Pain in Front of Neck...

Last night I had a great 45 minute cardio workout and made myslef a protein shake. While sitting on the couch drinking it I felt a wierd cring / pinch in the front of my neck. I have neck and upper back issues but the pain / discomfort is almost always located to the back of the neck, or back sides. This is worrysome because the close proximity to my juggular. It wasn't constant, it kind of came and went. I've noticed it a bit today but starting with the drive to work today I am having pain in my bicep right above the elbow which is radiating down my fingers. I occasionaly get a pinch in my shoulder. I'm wondering if the two are related, or I pinched / inflammed the nerve.

Even if it is, there's no treatment, so there's no point.

Get help with your workout to make sure you aren't agitating your neck problem

I wouldn't worry about your jugular vein unless a knife-wielding intruder bursts into your house. They don't spontaneously fall to bits. Jugular veins, I mean. Neither do knife-wielding intruders, if it comes to it.

Driving causes the exact same discomfort in many people, myself included. It's because you have to hold the steering wheel while the rest of your arm is unsupported.

I don't know anything about that strenuous a workout. Is it the acceptable thing to eat or drink right after that much exertion??
