worried about prostate cancer

i have recently had a slightly raised psa test now 4.5 with free level 7.8 i am 66 and for the last eight months have had erectile dysfunction together with low back ache ( constant) hip pain and groin ache have had usual getting up in night to pee i have also lost my appetite doc has referred me to Urology dept have appt next month just wondered if anyone on here has had similar experience driving myself mad with worry

    Erectile dysfunction and peeing many times at night are often symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Not cancer.

    By all means, see a urologist.
