Worried about symptoms

Had problem with urine stream, loss of feeling in penis and erection difficulties.

Been trying some different tablets and currently on Tadalafil which is tolerable and does help, but to my surprise this also has had a dramatic impact on urine flow. I feel I have moderate force back and less occurrences of leaking and repeat bathroom

trips.

The medication is for erection issues, and given the surprising effect on urine flow I went and googled this which throws up prostate cancer or enlarged prostate as possible causes. Needless to say this has me worried.
