hi ive recently been having abdominal cramps in my left side and my stool has been very mucussy (sinewy mucus), undigested food present AND these unusual looking white dots which look like bacteria or mould...im worried and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. picture has been added.

What does your doctor say? Get a sample checked out to be sure. I have problems with stools currently and it's impossible to say w/o proper analysis.
