Worried and anxious about CP or Pancreatic Cancer

I started off getting extreme abdominal pain on the right side under my ribs in November which would wake me up at night.

This has now been confirmed as gallstones in my gallbladder.

however i have started getting pains in the left side of my abdomen and middle back pain which seems to move around different parts of my back ive felt it in the centre, the left side, the right side between my shoulder blades and in both my shoulders. its not an severe pain just an uncomfortable pain. both abdominal pain and back discomfort are relieved by lying down however i can still feel the aches they just arent as intense but sitting down for a long period of time seems to make the pain worse or more consistent. These symptoms started just after my first gallstone attack.

my bowel movements have been all over the place constipation and looser stools (not watery just softer that have been yellow most days (even when constipated, sometimes they float sometimes they sink never noticed any oily film and they are always easy to flush) occasionally brown but a lot of mucus as well. i have been burping a lot more as well recently. My urine is always clear and i am not jaundice.

ive been to my GP and had so many tests but nothing is helping and im still in discomfort and pain, ive started to lose my appetite i am just not interested in food anymore and having to force myself to eat. (not sure if its stress or whatever condition i may have) not lost a dramatic amount of weight just a few pounds since December but putting that down to eating less

so far ive had 4 blood tests ( all normal apart from Vitamin D and B12) these are now normal again with medication. Tested for coeliac was told it was "slightly unlikely" to have that. my GGT was slightly elevated but that has returned to normal levels (GP put that down to me having a drink over christmas)

stool samples - normal so ruled out IBD and Bowel cancer (according to my GP)

ECG - Normal

chest xray - Normal

gastroscopy - Normal

Ultrasound - confirmed gallstones but wont remove due to my gallbladder not being inflamed.

CT of abdomen - Normal

All these tests are normal yet im still worried i could have something like CP or pancreatic cancer due to the similar symptoms. my GP originally said i had GERD even tho i had a clear endoscopy, now another GP have said its IBS and not GERD i have been following the low fodmap diet and taking IBS medication 3 times a day but my symptoms are still there and are not getting any better.

I am worried that they could of missed something on the CT scan although i know its highly unlikely, i am stuck now and my GP isnt interested and doesnt seem to listen to what i am saying when explaining my symptoms and explaining these only started once having several gallstone attacks I have spoke to 2 different GP's who both came to 2 different diagnosis.

I'm just so worried and anxious something is seriously wrong with me surely IBS symptoms wouldnt last this long?

sorry for the long post, hoping someone has had similar symptoms and maybe got a diagnoses or point me in the right direction into asking my GP for certain tests?
