worried bout biopsy site w/BV

I had a few biopsy's done and one was the libia. Also had a D&C and checked for cervical cancer. The biopsy was closed with silver nitrate ,but reopened.TMI sorry but I started my cycle then .I have had BV before in the past and come down with a awful discharge and smell. Dr told me I couldn't be treated for it until I finished the Bactrim antibiotics. And told me to use a little Monastat 7 til Tuesday when I can start the new meds. It has worked so far.2 days now ,6 more to go. Trying to keep the area as dry and clean as I can.But concerned a little. Stitches been in 5 days now . They are still hard, yellow looking .

Question is will the Monastste 7 effect the healing process?

And will the area heal from the inside out ?

And will the BV cause a longer healing process

I have done a lot of research on this and my diet has changed after going through what I have .No sodas ,sweets because I read BV thrives on sweets.Eat 1 Yogart with live culture. And a few other ingredients. 8oz a day. Read garlic pills and garlic cloves .
