Worried I have cancer

Hi so 2 weeks ago i started with a sore throat on one side so went to the doctors and they put me on doxycycline 200mg and the pain has gone but a few days before i started them i noticed a lump i think it is behind my tonsil, doctor couldnt see it but you can only see it when i tense my throat as i am doing in the photo. before the pain was bad and when i yawned and was eating plus swallowing it hurt but now it doesnt and sore throat gone, has anyone else had something simliar ? ? its not changed in size or anything. i have bad health anxiety so its really worrying me.
