Worried I have leukemia

hello, thank you to anyone who responds.
this starts a month ago with a normal eye exam. my doctor noticed a tiny retinal hemmorhage and referred me to a retinal specialist. this sent me into a tailspin until that appointment bc i foolishly googled causes of retinal hemmorhages, and one of them was leukemia. i went to the specialist, who said the hemmorhage had disappeared and my eyes looked healthy, which is wonderful and put me at ease, but then several weeks later i started noticing some bruises on my legs (i will say that i have a history of bruising). they were relatively small, and went away in about 7 days, but it still concerned me. then, i realized that i lost five pounds without trying, and since then i have really been freaking out that the doctor missed something.
i am 30 years old. i got bloodwork done 7 months ago and all was normal, i am vitamin d deficient and am on breo for asthma. i just need some reassurance or advice.

Just take more vitamins into your day, each day and do more running and jogging, it helps with breathing and the heart, eat more carbohydrates which help with body function.
