Worried I've overdosed! Need advice.

Hi, last night I had a massive headache and to start with I took 2 200mg ibuprofen and an Asprin. About 30 minutes later I had a Lemsip max. My headache was still bad 30minutes later so I took a 500mg paracetamol plus tablet with another Aspirin and 200mg Ibuprofen. I know it was a bit stupid but my headache or migraine was awful and I had an important day the next day (today) so I needed my headache gone so I could sleep. Today I've got stomach cramp and diarrhoea and feel slightly nauseous so I'm a bit concerned as to whether I need to get my self checked out. Thanks.

    What you are trying to avoid is to have liver injury. Did you tell your dr about this? You had a concoction of ibuprofen, aspirin , lemsip & paracetamol. Hope you get this sorted out. Best of luck.
