Worried im going to drop dead

Hi
This is my first post on this site
Im so worried that im going to drop dead one day ...
Ive never in my life suffered anxiety or panic attacks till recently.
For the past 8 months i have been serverly tired and completly worn out, even after a good night sleep i feel absoultly buggered a hour after waking up. Ive had my iron levels checked and they are fine.
I have had a dull ache in my heart area for the past 8 months, it dosnt hurt but im aware that its there. This is what has started the anxiety off in the first place, im worried something is wrong with my heart...
Im a 35 yo female, i smoke about 10 ciggies a day - was smoking 40 a day , so ive made a real effort to cut down.
Im a size 14/16 , so im a bigger sized girl.
Ive been making a effort to walk a hour each evening.
Ive had 2 ecg done and they came back fine.
Im at a complete loss to what i should do.
Should i ignore these dull feelings in my chest or should i look into it deeper ?
Im wondering if my anxiety is making it worse or not ?
I have young children and being a single mum with no family ect is making me really worried that its something bad.
Has anyone got any ideas to what i should do ?
Thanks in advance

Now you have the symptom but it is not dangeours at all. It is real but not scary just an anxiety symptom.
See a psych to get help by therapy or/ and med.
Hope that help

anxiety disorders usually have a starting point. Maybe try and figure what surrounded the beginning. Sometimes it is a flu, illness. Sometimes it is an event. Sometimes it is a build up from a lifetime of overthinking.
Also always smart to see an endocrinologist. Thyroid can mess with all this too.

They physical symptoms are real feelings but are caused by the anxiety and then you start to dwell on them.
Try some coping skills for the anxiety or see your doctor for support.
Once you get your anxiety levels down the physical symptoms may last a bit longer but will eventually fade.
I hope you start seeing improvement soon
