Bryon, you need professional medical help with this - it is the brown spots that I am most concerned with and you need a correct diagnosis of what you have going on, you may even have a combination of several different factors going on.

You should NOT be sexually active with anyone until you have this diagnosed - I would suggest the best place to go would be a Walk-In Sexual health Service, or at least go see a Regular / Family Doctor / GP .....

do you have a better picture of your all glans? you should see a dermatologist. It may be many things, did you have an irritation or infection on your penis recently? If yes it may be hyperpigmentation. It may also be penile lentiginosis, White growth may be pearly papules that are more noticeable. You should see a dermatologist to be sure of the diagnosis. If your urethra hurts, you better see an urologist, an urologist can also diagnose your penile skin.

Please post an update once you have seen the Urologist and let us know how your treatment is going following that .....

It may also be condylomata lata that is secondary symptom of syphilis. He did not show the whole picture of his penis, it's impossible to diagnose from the picture.. Maybe he may have latent syphilis or false positive. Unfortunately syphilis test is not as accurate hiv test. What kind of syphilis test did you have? Do you practise sex with men? Syphilis is declining worldwide but increasing in some developed countries like The USA, The UK , Europe, Canada and Australia especially in gay community. Having canker sore on the penis doesn't always mean syphilis. 50 per cent of genital ulcers, there is no etiology found. Take the treatment as a precaution. Follow up with your doctor. 3, 6, 12 months. 25 per cent of people treated in primary syphilis will also become negative in treponemal tests within 3 years.

Maybe you don't have syphilis. Your partner got tested ? 1) You should see an infectious disease doctor. 2 You should ask your ex partner to get tested and see if she is also positive. 3. see if there is another medical condition that makes syphilis false positive. 4 You should use 3 tests. to confirm the diagnosis Trepsure - anti treponema EIA ( IGG and IGM), RPR or VDRL and TPPA. What test did you have to confirm you have chlamydia and gonorrhea? You were diagnosed with urethritis? Penicillin is the best treatment for syphilis, doxy is the second treatment of choice used for people allergic to penicillin. Syphilis is often symptomatic unlike Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. A family doctor is not the best to diagnose your penile skin like a dermatologist or urologist. So you should also see a dermatologist to confirm your diagnosis ( white growth and pigmentation) and if your urethra keep hurting you, you should see an urologist.
