Guys any advice here,
I'm confused on diet, 50 years old and was born with 1 kidney now have stage 2 CKD and high BP usually around 160/105 which does not react to 10mgs or ramipril. should i go for the dash diet or ckd diet, it is difficult to get the GP time to discuss

These diets seem different from what i can see based on single kidey and CKD
