Worried sick for the last few days about this. Is this oral HSV?

I feel horrible, I was with someone and I asked if they had any STDs and they said no. But a few days later I developed this white sore inside my mouth on my gums and it was quite painful. IDK if this is oral hsv, and if I'm being a hypochondriac, but I have noticed white bumps on the side of my inner lip. Could this be herpes?imageimage

    the one in the mouth is an oral ulcer the lips are fordyce and normal
