Hi,try not to worry, try antibiotics they should help. I've had utis for ages, started after I got a stent in my kidney as my tubes stopped working and my kidney was mega swollen. Had bother since Feb this yr jus keep getting antibiotics and every sample came bk saying mixed growth meaning they cant tell what bacteria is causing the problem. If u haven't saw ur dr I would contact ur out of hours gp.

      I pm'd you!

I started getting this issue right before my period as well. I was really worried, but my urine tests came back negative, as well as my cultures. It's either a bacteria thing clining( e.coli) to your uterus or it could be your ph balance is off (hormones). Im not sure as to what it is for me either, but I sent you a pm.
